I’d be careful you’re not deferming anyone’s character there.I'd be checking the hatemail for glaring spelling errors to track down the culprit.

Fucking hell. Why on earth is he so angry and threatening his daughter when she is, presumably, telling the truth that she hasn't seen or heard from him since January. Why that is the case we dont know but if it is fact nonetheless he is an asshole for threatening her. So much seems to have gone on between them all it sounds like a fucking mess and all the more ridiculous for Kat to have done a "happy families" puff piece in the Telegraph.
