I can't let this one go. I'll say my bit then leave it alone (this isn't what this thread is about) because its boiling in my head. How dare you with the 'excuses excuses'😡. With medical conditions especially there are REASONS why, not excuses. I have gained a lot of weight due to medical conditions which by the way I didn't cause myself. I cannot - and don't come at me with 'excuses' - exercise, I cannot leave my house unaided, I'm mainly housebound hence the weight gain. You have no right to judge anyone without knowing their REASONS behind why things happen. You are basing your views on outdated BMI charts which were developed in the 19th Century that DOESN'T take into account your age, sex, or gender & when you say obese... according to who... you?...the outdated charts?...I feel very sorry for anyone who comes to within an inch of you & your barbaric attitude
Don't rise to the bait. It's not worth the bother, it just shows an astonishing level of ignorance. You are better than them. Hold your head up high, you have plenty of people in your corner.

I don’t think she’ll say anything bad has happened, whether it has or not, it takes some level of commitment from Jess to stay off her phone this long!

You tend to fix your hours to suit your lifestyle. For example my kids are young enough to demand dinner at 5. So I tend to have a window from 12 to 5. But if you're accustomed to eating dinner at 7 then you focus around that.

You're not supposed to have anything but black coffee and tea and water otherwise but I do insist on a splash of skimmed milk in mine. You're allowed to use 100 calories so that's what I use mine on. I would drink tea in the evenings watching TV.

And I always have a cheat night. Friday night I'm having my wine and crisps. But if you want more dramatic results you won't do that for the first month or so!

I'm having fish and chips tonight! I really enjoy my dinners. I enjoy not having to eat different stuff from the family. But I eat quite small lunches and sometimes don't even bother with lunch but only have a cup of tea (that's called OMAD and it gets surprisingly easy once you're experienced at the whole thing, don't try it starting out!)

The app I use is called Fastic.
All this sounds unnecessary. I’m all for finding out what works for you but the intermittent fasting brigade e.g. Michael Mosley have made millions off dieters by selling their books. “You’re not supposed to” - says who? This in my opinion is just diet culture nonsense and creates fear around food with made up rules which keeps people fat in the long term. The only reason people lose weight doing intermittent fasting is because their window of eating is reduced therefore creating a big calorie deficit, far more than necessary to lose fat sustainably.
Sorry this isn’t directed at you personally, I just hate diet culture, same with slimming world, keto etc

I bet Frisby will be reading your guesses and writing them down as suggestions 😂 They’ve never done a nice collection before maybe it’s that

Maybe being harsh and I hope she is ok but I think anyone in the public eye that posts themselves on social media upset/crying is doing it for attention and to up their engagement rate. If you are genuinely having that bad of a day, stay off Instagram - it’s not difficult 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thing is with Jess, she can be a bit of a knob sometimes but in general I do like her. I think the comments saying why should she feel upset when others are suffering more- true, but it’s not a competition and although she is incredibly lucky in her situation she is still human and this year has been a shit show for everyone

Yes. Estate agent gives the keys to the buyer when completion is confirmed. Then any spares are left in the property. I find it really really odd that they’re sitting waiting for them.
Imagine showing up with all your stuff and they're sat on that fucking pouffe back to back like a humdy dumpty see-saw. What a clip, you'd just want to chuck them out.

She got it gifted - I don't think she's ever paid for any of their jewellery. That's why it's £95 of course - customers are paying for influencers' freebies.
Out of principle, I'd never buy anything from that Pickle and Polish woman. She gifts SO MUCH to all of the plus size influences, then tries to reap back the pennies by charging honest working folk an arm and a leg for essentially a wonky piece of silver.

Nah mate. Stick your acorns and rainbows up your chuff.

I’m not as large as Jess, but I am a size 18-20 and I can tell you, there is nothing positive about being this size. Every day is a struggle.
Size 22/24 and I couldn't agree more. I'm constantly in pain. Started a healthy eating plan last week and lost 5lb so far - I'm really motivated to change.

Jess, whenever you read this - which I hope you do, please take a look at the guest list and the people you invited and gave freebies to and how they treated you ! Poppy refusing to wear your clothes, Weirdone doing the same and then posting grid pictures which don't even feature you!!! Hardly a sight of you in any of the pictures and videos I saw last night
