This is exactly the reason only essential travel and visits out are recommended. But she never believed in any of it, hence her gallivanting around Tesco, doing her stories and photo shoots and delivering packages and visits to the SA to record her interview. God knows how many others she's infected. She could easily have collected the money and transferred it straight to the SA. But no, she had to showcase herself and centre herself as a martyr and saviour. She's the reason why only essential trips are advised. No sympathy from me at all. She knew better. She specifically said she was delivering the parcels herself, I just hope everyone she's been in contact with is ok, including those elderly volunteers at the SA.

One would think that as an “influencer” who gets rewarded by doing whatever it is she actually does, that Eimear thinks a little bit before she posts stuff. Edits and considers what she actually says.
In regards to Marcus Rashford, she writes “It’s almost a miracle that he can literally come from nothing.” This exposes everything that Eimear stands for. It expresses what she feels about person if they are - in her estimation - poor or disadvantaged. That they come from nothing of value. Marcus Rashford came from nothing. His life was nothing. His rearing was nothing. His town was nothing. His struggles were nothing. His mother’s parenting was nothing. His hard work and talent were nothing. It tells us - clearly - that she places worth only in what you may have financially or in status.
She may have meant something different - and if she did, she should have considered and edited her words like a a person with some responsibility.
And I can’t even begin to start on the fact that after all that - she used this post as a means to centre herself squarely in the narrative, to link her efforts with his heroism. As @laralife mentioned - classic narcissist behaviour.
She’s sloppy and careless with what she posts.

Eimear get off your soapbox and keep Irish issues off your page. She wouldn’t lend her platform to Irish women when we were campaigning for repeal so she can jog on now using this to be faux outraged and gain attention for herself. We all know about the mother and baby homes and we all feel the pain of these women and their families. How narcissistic of her to claim she is the only one sensing something from MM. I’m sorry I tuned in now because I am fuming.

Someone made a good point in the comments asking why Eimear didn’t show a photo of Britney at her best. Remember the big rant a few days ago when she shared that woman’s post saying that people want to see you at your worst, they only want to see the bad photos etc. And now look what she has done. It’s all for engagement. And engagement only. Nothing to do with Britney. Eimear is the biggest hypocrite going.

“ I Love how you re so into nature with your kids”. Yeah they regularly come to the botox clinic and ive displaced thousands of creatures with resin to hold “events” and make shaky videos. Give me a fucking break. Isnt every one “ into” nature with their kids. I cant wait for this “ influencer” bubble to burst I swear. The world will be so much better off without all these shady sales women who know very little about real life.
