Sad, isn't it? Every single woman who read @mozzarellagirl's post would have nodded along in solidarity. To me, men like Dylan are as bad as people doing any kind of cultural appropriation. They haven't and can't ever know what it's like to be a woman, they just take what they see on the surface without paying mind to how offensive it is to those of us who've lived it our entire lives. I actively hate this little prick and I can't wait for his inevitable downfall.

That really is frightening. Is there some kind of filter or optical illusion? He looks half the size he normally does and he's small enough anyway.

This might sound mean but mentally well people don't tend to be trans - it's often a sign of other mental health issues. The desperation to be famous that he had even before being trans was another sign imo. He's not a well person and he shouldn't be held up as a role model for anyone. He needs help and a break from social media.

I think where I stand with it is that I have a lot of sympathy for people who feel like they were born in the wrong body, and as long as they aren’t providing harm to others, live and let live. The issue here is that Dylan is really making a mockery of womanhood, and it’s icky. The use of girlhood in itself, the tacky stereotyping, the stratospheric rise without it seems any of the hardships. Womanhood isn’t an act.

He’s in London. He’s got a brand new partnership with The Dorchester hotel and met up with another LARPer. All going swimmingly for someone who’s so depressed they can’t leave the house …

So basically he has been getting a lot of grief over his song, mostly because of it's absolutely patronising and insulting lyrics, and has now decided to disown it because he didn't get all the wonderful, gushing, affirming praise that he expected?

I find Jeffrey Marsh genuinely sinister. He oozes evil in the same sort of way Savile did. He's honestly like something out of a horror film.

I don’t think I’m a TERF. I do support ACTUAL trans women. What I don’t support is silly boys cosplaying being a woman because it gets them attention. Dylan is setting feminism back years with his outdated and sexist ideas of what it means to be a “girl”. How is that helpful?

No. It’s vanishingly unlikely, and has never happened to my knowledge.

I don’t normally say things like this online but I feel very strongly about this. I used to work with the Electoral Commission, I know a lot about this, and for this to happen would be an extremely serious matter, and take a lot of effort on the part of bad faith actors.

Registration numbers are used to understand who has voted, out of those who are entitled to. The law is absolutely emphatic that they should not in any way be used to reveal to anyone how anyone has voted. It couldn’t happen by accident, nor could anyone easily link registration numbers to votes.

For anyone reading, please, please don’t think this is remotely likely to happen. Vote however you want, including a spoiled ballot. You are not committing any offence if you do that. You have every right to use your vote however you wish.

Nobody made him do this (as an adult). I feel sorry for child actors and in particular Jazz Jennings, poor child never stood a chance: life shone in a spotlight across America, held up as a poster child for “trans children” everywhere and all pushed by fame-hungry parents. And now apparently he’s depressed. And has never and will never experience feelings of sexual pleasure in his life, ever.
