Harsh, but I really just wish she would lose that last little bit of weight. It all sits around her thighs and face. 1 to 2 stone would make SUCH a dramatic difference, and would be so good for her self esteem. I thought she was gorgeous when she was smaller, but she seems to be small framed and carries it really badly, despite not even being that big.

After those leaked tapes you saw his real personality - controlling, manipulative, emotionally abusive. With him being a 'gym guy', I wouldn't be surprised if the aggression is fuelled by some substance.
Jac has likely been gaslight, love bombed, manipulated the entire relationship. She comes across as having little confidence in herself and 100% that's him so she won't leave. It's been said before on here but I think he deliberately doesn't help her with the gym, buying takeaways constantly as a way to keep her with him, belittling her confidence subtly so she feels he's the only man who could love her.
If my husband assaulted my family at my birthday party, he would be out the door?? Whatever happened and whoever started it, there's a guy lying in hospital with a broken jaw and there's NO excuse for that.

Absolutely. My ex was just like this. I would never have left him. He manipulated me until my entire world revolved around him. My confidence vanished and he clipped my wings at every opportunity. He shagged about constantly, but if I questioned it, he called me mental, paranoid and then got aggressive until I kept quiet because it was easier.
Eventually he left me and it was like freedom. I hope Dan leaves her too, and she never looks back
