BBC Breakfast are interviewing Courtney as part of an article on not injuring yourself when returning to the gym! Unbelievable.

She's just been reminding people about taking rest days and not doing too much exercise on a daily basis..... Has she forgotten the two workouts a day every day with only one rest day a week that's she's been doing for the past year?!

I think she's the last person I'd be taking advice from on how to do workouts with less chance of injury with all those HIIT workouts, my knee is absolutely fucked after doing her workouts for 3 months last year!

Is anyone else really bored of her comparing posts "oh look how far I've come, lick my arse to give me validation". We get it Courtney, you used to look like a puffer fish. No one cares

Im actually dying at what i just heard - so she done her 14 day booty challenge promising her ‘warriors’ they are going to get the BEST results, they are going to get ‘JLO bootys’ ‘big round peaches’ and then went on to tell them she is going to be in a calorie deficit whilst doing the challenge?! Im sorry, but is that not day 1 education of health and fitness - i’ve never heard of anyone be able to grow their glutes 1. In 14 days, 2. Whilst in a calorie deficit - you need to be in a surplus to gain and build muscle and 3. Do these people really believe JLO gained that bum from 10 donkey kicks and a couple of squats for 14 days. It scares me that she is leading all these people into false hope and lack of self esteem when people don’t reach these unrealistic promises she sets at the beginning of challenges, so damaging
