I am trying to get caught up...so much conversation this past week! I saw this and thought of the Fibro Warrior Princess

I am truly gobsmacked by Alice's batshittery this weekend. 'No money, no food, single mom looking after the girls single handed'. She said on email in the TRO documents she withdrew $100,000 from their joint account. She said on SM she has a food delivery service & uses UberEats and does not cook. She refuses to get a job because she is a 'full time mom' but has a full time nanny (for kids in full time school). The reality is she just wants to punish Ioan for leaving her and is furious her abuse will not be tolerated. She says she is 'terrified' of constant court letters calling her for breaking the TRO but refuses to stop breaking it. She is like a 4 year old who keeps sticking her finger in a plug socket and crying when it shocks her. I am so over her dishonest, bratty, over privileged and frankly deranged behaviour

I know who the detective on her DVRO case is because I discussed the case with my LE contacts. It's quite simple.

I have been candid about my own RO case against a stalker. I'm still thankfully protected under that. It was extended to me as a courtesy by the DA.

I'm grateful.

It was during that process I developed contacts within LE and the DA's office that I maintain to this day.

I certainly don't use those contacts lightly. That said, I'm happy to use them when needed.

I also maintain my privacy for obvious reasons.

No warning. Sure. He only told her months if not years ago that he was unhappy.

She‘s intact. Yeah, just look at her Instagram. Totally normal for a 55-year-old mother of minor children. Setting a wonderful example for her children, too, of work ethic and social values.

Girls are intact. Sure. Nothing more normal than a 13-year-old having a hissy fit and trashing her father‘s apartment and assaulting him, his life partner and their dog because she didn‘t want to meet the partner … after 2 years. And then have the gall to bring charges against THEM. Not to mention stealing from him, hacking his Instagram with homophobic slurs and trying to blackmail him into paying for an elite school they couldn‘t afford. Perfectly normal and well-adjusted behavior.

If this miserable excuse of a female and mother regretted the things she‘s said and done in the least, she would have long since told her minions on SM and her abusive brother to knock it off. She would see to it that the girls got the therapy they need to heal from all this that SHE caused and teach them to treat their father with respect at the very least.

I do you hope that you will be writing an article about these newest court documents and how they reflect very clearly that Ms. Evans has been overpaid $350K in spousal support.

You know, a follow up to all of those articles you all have written stating Ms. Evans was so broke she couldn't pay her rent or buy food while she cried herself to sleep because her ex left them in a state of poverty.

Enough of these faux factual fluff pieces. It's time to correct this false narrative once and for all.

I've just been filling in time, in anticipation of her first post of the year ...

First of all, many, many thanks to @scantysandwich and @kingseven for their creative contributions to the thread today, without which I would be a lot more stressed out.

My take on the latest court filing is that Ioan has been needing money for a while, but Alice wouldn't agree to distributions out of the blocked account without monthly ongoing payments to her. So, she's getting $7,000 per month in interim spousal support and $3,000 per month in interim child support (trust Alice to demand more than twice what her children get). However, the court order seems to say that the remainder of the blocked account (whatever the balance is, less $150,000) will now be distributed to Ioan, which I'm sure is quite a relief for him.

However, do not be fooled by the large interim payments to Alice. Those are all subject to reallocation and reimbursement later on, at the conclusion of the financial trial. Recall that in the Statement of Disputed Issues, the amount of monthly spousal support to which Alice is entitled is much less than what she is temporarily receiving. This means that she will have to repay the overpayment of support (likely by being awarded less, at the conclusion of the trial, until the overage is paid off).

Here's what the Statement of Disputed Issues said about the amount that Ioan owes Alice in spousal support, per the prenup ("PMA" - premarital agreement):
Ioan owes Alice "annual spousal support in the amount of 10% of his baseline average annual adjusted gross earnings for the 3 years (2018-2020) prior to separation, as defined in the PMA, unless his income decreases by more than 20%, in which case, Petitioner [Ioan] pays Respondent [Alice] annual spousal support of 10% of his actual adjusted annual gross earnings."
Ioan's baseline average annual adjusted gross earnings are $588,134, so baseline spousal support is $58,813/year. [$4,901/month]

In 2021, Ioan's annual spousal support obligation to Alice was $58,813 (earnings in 2021 of $487,581). [$4,901/month]
In 2022, Ioan's annual spousal support obligation to Alice was $5,260 (earnings in 2022 of $52,600). [$438.33/month]
In 2023, Ioan's annual spousal support obligation to Alice for 2023 is $16,290 (earnings in 2023 of $162,900). [$1,357.50/month]

Even Alice can do this math. $7,000 per month is a HUGE overpayment for spousal support. And most of it will be going to rent for that unnecessarily expensive apartment. Alice is going to be paying a big chunk of that temporary spousal support back to Ioan.

And she'll be telling her Instagram followers something like this:

"I have NO idea where this video came from! My god, it's SICK that it was released. I think it came from that hate site Tattle or 'someone else' who I'm gagged from talking about."

To emphasise: the only people with access to that video are Alice, Ella, the people to whom Ella was streaming it on Discord, Alice's brother and Alice's FMs. Alice is the person who has leaked that video, to coincide with Ioan's 50th birthday.

What on Earth was she thinking releasing that video onto Twitter? It shows Ioan being very calm and understanding, there is nothing remotely abusive about his demeanour. Makes me very angry that she’s trying to paint this as abusive, as someone who did suffer genuine physical / verbal abuse as a child. This shit won’t fly with anyone with half a brain cell. If anything it shows what an understanding, calm and patient man he is. Imagine if the tables were turned and it was Alice dealing with a hysterical child… she can’t even be nice and decent to her daughter on her birthday for crying out loud!
