Hello my dear friends. I am not caught up at all but I saw a Daily Mail story about a horrific child visitation event and... I'm back and ready to pull more court filings if needed. Although I haven't checked the docket for 6 months, I should clear my calendar just to be able to read it all.

In respect of some posts on the last thread about Bianca being able to have children.

Having MS does not mean you cannot have children. In fact, the actual pregnancy itself can beneficial in terms of remission from symptoms and/or relapses (the reason isn't clear) however, the prognosis immediately after birth isn't so rosy in terms of this. Also, MS isn't hereditary but there is a likelihood of it running in a family, especially down the female line - you can't test for it either, it's just something that develops later in life (again, the reasons aren't clear)

There are millions of women who have children and then find out they have MS however, knowing you have MS and actively choosing to have a child is a whole different kettle of fish in my opinion.

I have MS (diagnosed 22 years) and made the decision not to have children. It is something I wrestled with for a long time but bringing a child into a life of disability is HUGE and, in the end, I just couldn't do it. There were many reasons but I actually think it's the least selfish thing I've ever done. Also, the disease modifying drug I was on, that kept me really well for nine years, stopped working the year we were thinking about possibly trying so I know 100% it was the right decision because my life hasn't been the same since.

I have absolutely no doubt that eventually giving up work and not having children are the two biggest factors in why I'm still walking unaided and have been, relatively speaking, unaffected. I don't qualify for any disease modifying drugs as my MS is clinically considered non active - in reality, it's not but that's another story.

As for Bianca - well, she's already suffered some significant issues including with her mobility, which *may* give an indication of how her 'course' is likely to go, and she's still on a pretty hard hitting drug I believe - Tysabri, which is definitely not for the faint hearted and, in the UK, used to treat only very active MS. She would have to come off that if she were to get pregnant. Speaking for myself, I wouldn't have stayed on any disease modifying drug from the moment I even thought about trying to conceive.

Bottom line - it's a fucking minefield and posts like "I wish they'd hurry up and start a family" or similar are uncomfortable for me to read to say the least.

I realise that this is a VERY personal opinion and probably won't be popular but there you go.

We were then treated to more half-arsed empty threats/promises that 'the truth will come out'. 'The Truth' appears to be a shitload of Twitter screenshats, Gloria's sworn testimony that Ioan never liked animals, and Lupine's word salad blog 'Everything's Coming up DARVO'. Current estimates expect 'The Truth' will finally come out on the 12th of Never.

NotAlice also kindly confirmed to everyone the School run was covered whilst Ioan and Bianca were in the Med (Calling Gloriaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ) and then offered definitive proof that she definitely was not Alice Evans by tweeting 'I love Alice Evans, I think she is the best mother ever, She is so kind, She is fr stunning'

NotAlice then appeared to throw an olive branch to us sea-hags by suggesting we may have gotten off on the wrong foot and asking us to step out from behind our flak vests of anonymity and walk a mile in her gold boots. In the same time Tone has been pissing his life away hunting for Trolls to repetitively block and unblock on Twitter Alun has been training for the formidable Dragon's Back Race, a 380km ultra-running event which includes 15,500 metres of ascent, which is roughly 2,000 metres less than climbing Mount Everest twice. The challenge involves running the equivalent of 1.5 marathons every day for six days, starting from Conwy Castle and finishing at Cardiff Castle. The course follows summit checkpoints along the most renowned mountain ranges of Wales. (Swivel on that Tone you Fucko!)

Alun has decided to raise funds for the MS Society by completing this very brave challenge which is either a lovely tribute to his future sister-in-law or evidence that Bianca's kinetic fanny is not only able to move mountains but can also command people to run up them very quickly. This of course has the added, but very much unintended, benefit of being the ultimate fuck you to Alice. Shortly after Alun announced his intentions bookmakers suspended all betting on him being unobtrusivelurker.

Ioan and Bianca very cleverly waited until just before boarding their transatlantic flight home to share Alun's Just Giving link leaving him to fend off some awkward questions as to identities of donors such as T. Akimbo and Goldie Boots and the significance of the number 26. With all jokes aside the Dragon's Back Race is an extremely physically and mentally taxing multi-day event and the whole of Tattle are unanimously behind Alun and commend his bravery in taking on such an extreme challenge whilst raising money for such a worthy cause and wish him well and for his safe return.

'Pick-me' Tattlers desperate for YoBee to pay us some attention raced to Alun's JustGiving page resulting in a flurry of donations which were all made anonymously. Alun is extremely easy on the eye and reportedly single so a queue has begun to form to give him deep tissue massages at the finish line. The queue is set to rival last's year queue to see the late Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and at last count was backed up three quarters along the way of the Severn Bridge and will soon be as far back as Bristol where Rachel Garner is excitedly waiting to join.

Alun, Patron Saint of Tattle Turds, had a final treat up his sleeve for us when his Insta also confirmed he was in the South of France in September 2021, further proof that Bianca had her feet firmly under the table at Casa del Gruff and was universally adored by the whole family before Alice even knew she existed.

The rabid tweeting reached a crescendo when a Tweet was made questioning the abilities of Hiraeth which is the Twitter equivalent of the Bat Symbol kindly informing Tattlers that a damning legal filing is due. This was proven when the filing appointing the custody evaluator made clear that Alice is utterly utterly fucked. Most of this will be brand new information to Alice who missed the majority of the hearing whilst setting up the FaceTime with Lupine. The bathroom door is bracing itself for an onslaught with a golf club. Hiraeth shared her expert analysis of the filing explaining the many ways Alice is utterly, utterly fucked as the donations to Alun continued to roll in.

I would also welcome a previous thread summary, as I too missed most of it.

It is with such a painful heart (and body today) that I lost my Tilly last night, my beautiful girl, aged 15 1/2. I got her at roughly 5-6 months old from a rescue, she had been found in a city scavenging, she was skin & bones. I went to the rescue - not even with the intention of getting a doggie that day, my friends mum volunteered there & we popped in to see her as we were passing in the car. We went into a large enclosed area where some dogs were being exercised/socialised & this black/tan pup ran up to me & wouldn't leave me, she came home a few days later. This was just after my divorce had been finalised & id bought my new house. She sadly needed a leg amputated about a year later, but it never help her back one bit.
She just couldn't stand up & I knew she was in pain from the noises she was making & she had twisted herself in a shape I've never seen before. I was insistent that it be done at home, I didn't want the extra stress it would be on her to take her to the vet surgery.
It's awful, I feel terrible at being the person to agree to ending the life of someone I love so much, but also feel it's the last kindness I could give her after her unconditional love & trust, the trust took a wee while.

She had been contacting his employers and this is why it was included in the DVRO. He said so in court and I gather had proof. Good God, she has stalked the poor man and tried to ruin him professionally. My heart breaks for him. I had no idea it had gotten that bad. That's so evil!

And now the Sheriffs will be able to take action on any future SM abuse. I'm told the DVRO has powerful teeth.

Since I'm a law professor with 20+ yrs in practice, I'm gonna wade in. Rhetorical shit is kind of my groove. Inevitable, yeah, my parlance. But after mediating a ton of divorces and custody cases, I feel like flexing.

Bianca is not: a felon convicted of multiple violent offenses, a currently-using addict of any sort, an contagious TB patient, or an active Nazi. So, no, the judge won't give two shits about the lover-- or when the relationship started, either. That's no fault divorce. If the lover poses a substantial, imminent threat to the children, then maybe there's some adjustment to visitation like lover not left alone with children for significant periods or not allowed to drive them (active addiction).

The lover and the dad have been in a relationship for two years which in family law is a long time. Often the agreement is to wait for the new relationship to last six months before introducing the kids to the lover. There's no revolving door here.

And who gives a shit when the lover and husband got together? Really? He didn't pass on HIV he picked up from a random bang. Fucking around on a spouse isn't against the law. Which Alice should be happy about.

And do you think Alice gives a fuck about the sanctity of marriage and family when she isolates and warps her daughters. "They're either with me or they can fuck off?" What the actual fuck? Parenting, family is not a zero-sum game. Except to Alice. What about teaching her daughters that their dad is a lesser creature whose wants, needs, and essential humanity mean nothing? That his only intent is to hurt them. That he is nothing but an ATM, an emotional punching bag, a scapegoat.

Courts understand that the children of a marriage will be upset, angry, sad is; this is not a reason to keep a divorcing couple in a holding pattern for years and years. There's value in the family members collaborating in both the end of the marriage and then moving into the next phase of their lives. Dealing with pain, anger, and sadness is way better than festering online or staying in a shit-tastic marriage. Maybe seeing their dad in a healthy adult relationship will help the girls down the line.

Hey all, the court reporter wrote back to me. The transcript of the hearing is available. I'm going to get it expedited so it's available in 10 business days (2 weeks), which is the fastest they can get it done.

Well this has to be the only positive thing that has happened this week. Well done to Ioan who is making progress for his girls and putting them first. It’s brilliant news that Ella will be going to school and also that Elsie can’t be pulled from school.

it’s also positive that both girls are in therapy and to begin reunification therapy.
The Judge may not have forced custody but he is making clear signals as to what he things the problems are alice

[side note - terrible week personally. Husband has been discharged as a palliative care patient only. He’s in his 40’s and we have teenagers. My kids are losing their dad so unfairly and yet some kids have their dad forcibly removed. Fuck Alice trying to take a loving dad away from his kids, the nasty bitch]

I've finally managed to put together my screenshot collection of Alice Evans' Social Media, it starts in the summer of 2020 with a few tweets all the way to this month, it includes twitter, IG and reddit. Most of these messages have appeared on these threads before (many especially from before she went on Lorraine not). The file is OCR-ed, so you can search for keywords, but not everything. I made bookmarks for every month and a few key dates. For both things it is required to download the file I believe, the file size is pushing 250mb and consists of 4512 pages (many pages have multiple tweets), so be aware. I can't guarantee that everything is in there and there may be duplicates and perhaps some tweets arent very related, but I hope that's fine.
