Here is my very late bag submission, entitled (of course) “Utter Utter Defamation.”
One of the reasons it’s so late is that I had envisioned buying a cheap bag, slapping on the aforementioned defamation as well as some baby doll heads and a big glitter lip sticker on it, and calling it a day. However, I have not been able to find a cheap bag, glitter lip stickers, or baby doll heads (the dollar store and Target have seriously disappointed me). So, I built the bag from scratch using the printout of Ioan’s DVRO request, the cardboard backing from a legal notepad, paper clips and binder clips, and heart stickers which I cut into the shape of lips.

I was very fortunate enough to meet Ioan yesterday, and I can happily confirm he’s even more handsome in the flesh. And that voice!! I honestly had to stop myself from sighing when I met him. He’s lovely. Friendly, calm, quietly spoken, and he seemed genuinely happy to be there. He was very popular, and it was a delight to see and hear people being excited to meet him. My 25 year long crush is stronger than ever

OK, I'm not home yet but I did start reading the transcript, and this is major. This is the first thing that came up in the transcript.
The judge said there is a structural problem with the custody stipulation which was filed September 9, 2024. The judge is very concerned because the custody stipulation circumvented the provisions of Family Code Section 3044, which is no longer permitted due to current law (a 2025 family law case which was subsequently confirmed when it was appealed to a higher court). The judge stated that he would not sign the custody stipulation as part of the final trial orders when the trial concludes due to this issue, and that the issue must be addressed during trial or by separate settlement.
Family Code Section 3044 states that the award of joint or sole legal or physical custody of a child to a parent who has perpetrated domestic violence on the other parent who is seeking custody of the child within the last 5 years creates a presumption that the award of custody is detrimental to the child's best interest. In order to overcome this presumption and have custody in any form, the perpetrator of domestic violence must demonstrate to the court that giving custody to them is in the best interest of the child AND must also 1) complete a batterer's treatment program; 2) complete a program of drug and/or alcohol abuse counseling; and 3) complete a parenting class. The court can also consider whether the perpetrator has complied with the terms of the restraining order against them and/or has committed further acts of domestic violence.
Custody stipulations that do not address these factors are void, the judge says, and because there has been a finding of abuse within the last 5 years in this case, he will not sign the judgment incorporating the stipulation until Evans demonstrates her compliance with Family Code 3044 to the court. So unless the parties stipulate otherwise, Evans is going to need to prove that her custody is in the best interests of the children, as well as complete a batterer's program, drug and alcohol abuse counseling, and a parenting class in order to keep custody of the children.

Hello my dear friends. I am not caught up at all but I saw a Daily Mail story about a horrific child visitation event and... I'm back and ready to pull more court filings if needed. Although I haven't checked the docket for 6 months, I should clear my calendar just to be able to read it all.
I've missed you all and I look forward to getting back to posting once I catch myself up on the latest!

Just popping by to say the littlest turd arrived safe and sound and we get to bring HER home tomorrow! Yay! I really need to learn how to use a spoiler but meet Baby Gap teehee. O M G Alice's Twitter account is GONE. Im gonna try catch up over the coming days, weeks, years! Thanks for all the well wishes xxx apologies again for this not being behind a spoiler.

In respect of some posts on the last thread about Bianca being able to have children.
Having MS does not mean you cannot have children. In fact, the actual pregnancy itself can beneficial in terms of remission from symptoms and/or relapses (the reason isn't clear) however, the prognosis immediately after birth isn't so rosy in terms of this. Also, MS isn't hereditary but there is a likelihood of it running in a family, especially down the female line - you can't test for it either, it's just something that develops later in life (again, the reasons aren't clear)
There are millions of women who have children and then find out they have MS however, knowing you have MS and actively choosing to have a child is a whole different kettle of fish in my opinion.
I have MS (diagnosed 22 years) and made the decision not to have children. It is something I wrestled with for a long time but bringing a child into a life of disability is HUGE and, in the end, I just couldn't do it. There were many reasons but I actually think it's the least selfish thing I've ever done. Also, the disease modifying drug I was on, that kept me really well for nine years, stopped working the year we were thinking about possibly trying so I know 100% it was the right decision because my life hasn't been the same since.
I have absolutely no doubt that eventually giving up work and not having children are the two biggest factors in why I'm still walking unaided and have been, relatively speaking, unaffected. I don't qualify for any disease modifying drugs as my MS is clinically considered non active - in reality, it's not but that's another story.
As for Bianca - well, she's already suffered some significant issues including with her mobility, which *may* give an indication of how her 'course' is likely to go, and she's still on a pretty hard hitting drug I believe - Tysabri, which is definitely not for the faint hearted and, in the UK, used to treat only very active MS. She would have to come off that if she were to get pregnant. Speaking for myself, I wouldn't have stayed on any disease modifying drug from the moment I even thought about trying to conceive.
Bottom line - it's a fucking minefield and posts like "I wish they'd hurry up and start a family" or similar are uncomfortable for me to read to say the least.

The challenge involves running the equivalent of 1.5 marathons every day for six days, starting from Conwy Castle and finishing at Cardiff Castle. The course follows summit checkpoints along the most renowned mountain ranges of Wales. (Swivel on that Tone you Fucko!)
Alun has decided to raise funds for the MS Society by completing this very brave challenge which is either a lovely tribute to his future sister-in-law or evidence that Bianca's kinetic fanny is not only able to move mountains but can also command people to run up them very quickly. This of course has the added, but very much unintended, benefit of being the ultimate fuck you to Alice. Shortly after Alun announced his intentions bookmakers suspended all betting on him being unobtrusivelurker.
Ioan and Bianca very cleverly waited until just before boarding their transatlantic flight home to share Alun's Just Giving link leaving him to fend off some awkward questions as to identities of donors such as T. Akimbo and Goldie Boots and the significance of the number 26. With all jokes aside the Dragon's Back Race is an extremely physically and mentally taxing multi-day event and the whole of Tattle are unanimously behind Alun and commend his bravery in taking on such an extreme challenge whilst raising money for such a worthy cause and wish him well and for his safe return.
'Pick-me' Tattlers desperate for YoBee to pay us some attention raced to Alun's JustGiving page resulting in a flurry of donations which were all made anonymously. Alun is extremely easy on the eye and reportedly single so a queue has begun to form to give him deep tissue massages at the finish line. The queue is set to rival last's year queue to see the late Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and at last count was backed up three quarters along the way of the Severn Bridge and will soon be as far back as Bristol where Rachel Garner is excitedly waiting to join.

I would also welcome a previous thread summary, as I too missed most of it.
It is with such a painful heart (and body today) that I lost my Tilly last night, my beautiful girl, aged 15 1/2. I got her at roughly 5-6 months old from a rescue, she had been found in a city scavenging, she was skin & bones. I went to the rescue - not even with the intention of getting a doggie that day, my friends mum volunteered there & we popped in to see her as we were passing in the car. We went into a large enclosed area where some dogs were being exercised/socialised & this black/tan pup ran up to me & wouldn't leave me, she came home a few days later. This was just after my divorce had been finalised & id bought my new house. She sadly needed a leg amputated about a year later, but it never help her back one bit.
She just couldn't stand up & I knew she was in pain from the noises she was making & she had twisted herself in a shape I've never seen before. I was insistent that it be done at home, I didn't want the extra stress it would be on her to take her to the vet surgery.
It's awful, I feel terrible at being the person to agree to ending the life of someone I love so much, but also feel it's the last kindness I could give her after her unconditional love & trust, the trust took a wee while.

She had been contacting his employers and this is why it was included in the DVRO. He said so in court and I gather had proof. Good God, she has stalked the poor man and tried to ruin him professionally. My heart breaks for him. I had no idea it had gotten that bad. That's so evil!
And now the Sheriffs will be able to take action on any future SM abuse. I'm told the DVRO has powerful teeth.
