It might have been sweet had Harley grafted hard for a couple of years to bring his young family on the holiday of a lifetime and used the opportunity to propose to his girlfriend, but he's a scrounger who tagged along on holiday with his gf parents who themselves are scroungers I reckon the ring is abit of tat and they're hoping they will get gifted the real deal.
Next up, Sue moaning online that vicious trolls have ruined the “family’s wonderful news”. Gets her another 15 minutes in the spotlight and sympathy from her intellectually challenged followers.
Did he propose as fireworks were going off? Or just a random corner of the park?

So have the Radfords come out and congratulated Millie and Harley yet? Bet Sue is gutted, she prefers her daughters single and under her control.
Can't imagine they are too pleased that millies engaged to Harley after his violent outbursts bad enough to be kicked out of Chesters first year, have to attend court and was still deemed too violent for an invitation to last year's holiday and the fact the boys set on him.

Weddings are expensive is millie expecting sue and noel to foot the bill whilst she continues not to earn a penny.

...unless their wedding is paid for by Channel 5, as content for the TV show - which wouldn't surprise me. they need something big to lure an audience back in and boost the ratings, especially after Nowull bragged proudly in a national newspaper about getting away with raping a child - they're going to want to get the Radfrauds more positive attention to try and alter public opinion to a more favourable perspective.
While it's possible that the stories of Harley abusing Millie and other Radfords were exaggerated, its not really a romantic happily ever after. A young girl is soon to marry a potential wife beater and have more babies, while providing heartwarming entertainment for Sunday evening on channel five.
