I work in this area, we can see account log ins on IP address (this lie that influencers spread explained here) so when someone claims a hacked account for example we have the IP logs and location of country it came from so maybe mods have this? But in my job we’d have to check the IP address of the log in against the email address so you’d have to cross check we don’t provide it either without a warrant
