She hasn’t got the sub 4h she wanted but she’s done really well!
I have utter respect for her running it, however with how much she banged about her running she should have got a lot better time.

Maybe try training without a selfie stick filming your runs. next time

For someone who’s made their whole social media career around fitness, wouldn’t you expect a slightly quicker time? It felt like she didn’t really try with her training, always moaning about the long runs, just wanting to get them done. I think for those that make fitness their job you would expect a bit more progress. At this rate she may as well spend her time drinking Gail’s like her sister online and forget about the fitness image.

For a non runner is that not a really good time ? I
She’s most definitely a runner 😂 it’s bang on 10 minute miles which is decent but not fast (don’t come for me if that’s your pace, I’m talking about Zoe who markets herself as a sports influencer). She’s been laying the groundwork for why she wouldn’t get a good time for the last few weeks

She doesn’t market herself as a runner tho? Running a few 5/10kms a week doesn’t make you a runner 😂 a marathon runner is a whole different thing from a gym fitness influencer / normal every day runner

I am surprised Danny didn’t run the marathon with her, they’d have been able to get charity places?

I wondered this as well, that Danny didn't join her.
Did she run for any particular charity does anyone know?

I wonder was she secretly hoping he’d qualify for the championship in hyrox ? I think the last chance was Saturdays race.

Don’t think she did as I think it would show on her profile on the London Marathon page. Shame as she could have raised loads with her following.

Personally I think marathon running is a massive achievement regardless of the time or your experience with running. The majority of people who enter marathons set out just to finish it and accomplish it - timings aren’t really a big focus unless you are a literal regular marathon runner/professional. Which Zoe isn’t so I think 4:22 is great and I’d be buzzing with myself with that time!!!

She may not be a dedicated runner, but she markets herself as a fitness influencer, competing in hyrox championships. She certainly had the ability and time to put more effort into her training but couldn’t be bothered. I guess that’s her business, just feels a bit of a shame when she has so many opportunities available to her. It’s a waste that she’s not willing to put more effort into anything and I think she would feel a bit more rewarded if she did and got better results off the back of it. I think she actually doesn’t enjoy working out that much but doesn’t really know what her YouTube content would be if she didn’t, plus her fitness obsessed husband doesn’t help with his influence.

Why has Molly not congratulated her sister online for completing her first marathon, she only has one sister! And doesn't look like she went to cheer her on either. I feel sorry for Zoe . Were her parents there to watch either? I saw her mum was down in London in her vlog.

I agree with Girlfriday, instead of doing another Gymshark promo for herself Zoe could have put her following to good use and raised alot of money for charity.

I agree - I dont think Zoe knows who she is but cos she basically got fame off her sister, and done some PT in the army, fitness has become her whole personality & obvs her husband doesn’t help.
she is pretty much miserable on every YouTube video she makes and moans all the time about training - she is not remotely motivational for others to get into fitness. Even when she gets sent workout clothes, she barely shows them off or mentions them, it’s like ‘oh Gymshark sent me this sweater’ and chucks it in her bag - does zero promo. She is a really really lazy influencer when it comes to making her content & I honestly don’t believe her heart is in it now.
