oat milk is pretty high in calories, I think more so than full large milk. If it’s to save calories she should switch to almond milk.

Openly making comments to the whole of YouTube about how she hasn’t stayed at her home for weeks on end as she’s been down at her mums which is hours away AND whilst it’s well known that Danny’s away too. Why are you telling the internet that your home is / has been lay empty for weeks after what your sister went through. She’s thick sometimes seriously.

She doesn't have the physique of someone obsessed with exercise....
I get the impression that she does a lot of these extreme fitness challenges to keep up with Danny, she mentioned something about not wanting to let him down and having to step up her exercise regime as they’re doing a doubles fitness challenge..I know she hasn’t got a lean physique but I get the impression that she would be much heavier if she didn’t kill herself with exercise.
Latest vlog, starving so eats a few spoons of yogurt and then puts it back in the fridge? She seriously has a ED.

To be fair, it was because they were about to leave to go out for dinner. Think she needed something small so she didn’t feel sick in the car, but still wanted to be hungry for their meal out.
This is so ott but the way she eats yogurt is disgusting. She literally took a spoonful and then swallowed it..yuck

Zoe has evidently got some really deep routed self esteem issues and really unhealthy habits.
Her new video is sooooo negative. She just moans the whole way through, digs at her appearance the whole time and speaks about everything in such a deflated manner. And I notice she does this a lot thinking back to other videos.
This isn’t me saying just because others have it worse that she can’t moan of course she can, life can be hard.
BUT - she lives such an easy, fortunate and lucky life. Her working day was going to a free, probably paid to be there too, event where she gets free food and drink, a free yoga and Pilates session, outfit to wear, gets to meet lots of other girls that have the same interests and jobs and what does she do? MOAN about her bleeping hair ?!
She is in such a fortunate position and gets a lot handed to her because of who her sister is and she just constantly constantly seems so ungrateful and in a negative rut for it!
She really ought to be thankful for what she has rather than what she doesn’t have all the time.
And she needs to stop basing her appearance and interests around what Danny likes it’s clearly taking its toll she has 0 self confidence.
