I think Zara is trying to jump on the fitness and eating Instagram pages that pop up a lot from ex Z listers. The thing is she doesn't have a niche, she's actually just some boring woman from a reality TV show with no real talent or ambition. I wouldn't take fitness or eating advice from her at all.
From watching the last series of MIC she has huge insecurities about Tiffany Watson and I bet she is obsessed with trying to look slimmer than her. It’s really sad as I bet Sam is incredibly shallow and makes her feel pressured to look a certain way.
