I have a nearly 3 year old and when he was born I posted loads on my private Instagram. Not so much on Facebook. But over the years I’ve archived most of the photos I posted and blocked lots of randomers that followed me. Now I post the bare minimum, just in case. Any photos I put on Facebook of him you can’t really see his face in them either. I don’t post on Instagram anymore anyway.
