Weightwatchers wrap with Phili spread over it, one of them SW friendly pork and herb patties from Tesco fried, fried egg, slice of cheese, fold it up into a triangle and whack it in the George Foreman. Delish.
At home, toast with pate or peanut butter and jam. Love porridge too with sprinkle of sugar and splash of milk. Rarely actual cereal.
If I'm out, love a breakfast roll. Lorne sausage and tattie scone is the best but bacon and tattie scone is almost as good. Scrambled egg on a roll is also nice. Can't beat full fry up either.
A cup of tea as soon as I wake up then about 9am I have natural yoghurt with melted lemon curd stirred through and some chocolate crisp cereal on top or a protein works breakfast smoothie made with almond milk.
I’ve been having those Kellogg’s probiotic clusters with strawberries and natural yoghurt instead of milk, definitely fills me up more! I mean… I’d rather it was a fry up lol but it does the job
I would usually have weetabix with chopped banana or overnight oats. When I first started working at home full time I would also love some scrambled eggs and sourdough.
I need to lose a few lockdown pounds stone so having smoothies right now. I’d try not to have something but I exercise at lunch time and would pass out if I didn’t have anything in me lol
Coffee or occasionally a brew. Can’t stomach breakfast no more. It used to be my favourite meal and I always struggled to understand how anybody could skip it!
At the minute I've been having Ryvita with peanut butter on (trying to lose weight yay ) but I sometimes make porridge with either Nutella in it or the white choc knockoff from Morrisons
No breakfast for me as those are extra minutes I could be asleep for I'm never hungry until I've been awake for a couple of hours, if I try to eat too early I just feel sick and wish I hadn't. I generally don't have lunch either, it's my evening meal before I realise I'm hungry.
I'll have a full English for my tea on a night sometimes though! Bacon, eggs, sausage and beans are some of my favourite things, I just don't want to eat them in the morning!
