I don't often have breakfast, but when I do, I really like scrambled eggs, 3 slices of smoked streaky bacon, and avocado with a mug of hot beef or chicken broth. If not broth, then a cup of black coffee or green tea.

Weightwatchers wrap with Phili spread over it, one of them SW friendly pork and herb patties from Tesco fried, fried egg, slice of cheese, fold it up into a triangle and whack it in the George Foreman. Delish.

Breakfast is a must for me (and carbs as a brain needs energy!).

99% of the time I have overnight oats with blueberries or strawberries. It takes 5 mins to prep the night before mixing the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, honey and peanut butter. Delicious!

No breakfast for me as those are extra minutes I could be asleep for 🤣 I'm never hungry until I've been awake for a couple of hours, if I try to eat too early I just feel sick and wish I hadn't. I generally don't have lunch either, it's my evening meal before I realise I'm hungry.

I'll have a full English for my tea on a night sometimes though! Bacon, eggs, sausage and beans are some of my favourite things, I just don't want to eat them in the morning!

At home, toast with pate or peanut butter and jam. Love porridge too with sprinkle of sugar and splash of milk. Rarely actual cereal.

If I'm out, love a breakfast roll. Lorne sausage and tattie scone is the best but bacon and tattie scone is almost as good. Scrambled egg on a roll is also nice. Can't beat full fry up either.

Greek yoghurt, oats, oat milk, chia seeds, flaxseed, nut butter. Make 3 portions at a time. In the morning chuck a few grapes on top. Quick, easy and yummy!

Either porridge with fruit and honey OR a toasted bagel with some butter and jam. I mix it up sometimes but thats fairly standard.

Aldi So yummy soy yoghurt (plain or vanilla) so low in cals with either a small banana, 1/2 grapefruit or fruit compote made with frozen berries, jyst heat in pan ... Delicious
The yoghurt and compote I got from the fast 800 diet book- not organised enough to only have 800 cals a day🙄 but not too far off ( the days I swerve chocolate) 😂
