Apparently quite of a few of the cast are vegan so Snackie was made out of Jackfruit (Jackiefruit?) and rice paper

I was quite frustrated with the pacing of this series at the start, but the last couple of episodes have been better, you can start to see where it's going. They all brought their trauma back with them apart perhaps from Misty who was probably a psychopath from the get-go. And I guess the whole Shauna's daughter plot line, which was the one I was least enjoying, is probably going to be about generational trauma. I love the pairing of Christina Ricci and Elijah Wood, they both play unhinged so well.

Part of me think it works better as a binge watch rather than week by week as some episodes move quite slowly, it feels like they’re building up to something maybe for next season but I don’t know what!

Don’t we have to pay for that? 😭
Yup. It's a bummer. I'm getting so tired of these new streaming services etc. popping up all over the place. However, I guess there are other ways to watch these shows...

Sky had an exclusive deal with Showtime for a number of years, but I guess that's come to an end. I wonder how many more shows they will lose? Their current deal with HBO expires in 2025. If they lose all their HBO shows they may as well scrap Sky Atlantic!

Such a great programme, I'm getting LOST vibes which is my favourite series of all time, despite the weak ending. Who was the girl that ended up being eaten in Ep1?
We still don't know who ended up in the pit/being eaten. I think Jackie survives long enough to be rescued although it appears that something happens to her after they get home. I looks like Lottie but that could easily be a misdirect. Samantha Hanratty (the actor who plays younger Misty) has confirmed she was the only one of the main cast in that opening pit death/food ceremony scene. Every other character was an extra or stunt double. They really want to keep us guessing.

The writers have said we will get some answers in episode 10 which is nice but we definitely won't know everything and they're bound to end on a massive cliff hanger 😆.

I love this show, it's the best thing I've watched for ages. I love that it's not available to binge watch and they are releasing the episodes week by week. It's real 'appointment' television.

Anyone else not quite as into the new series as they originally were? I find all the Lottie stuff a bit tiresome

I watched the last episode last night- really enjoyed it but it’s left SO many questions! I hope it’s not too long of a wait until season 2.

i did think the reunion was a bit of a let down I was waiting to see one of the other girls be alive or for anything to happen really 😂

Wait... I thought the baby she's pregnant with, is the daughter she has now. Is that not the case? Also, what is going on with Taissa's dreams - do you think its the weird demon thing that her gran saw before she died and its attached itself to Taissa? Do you really think the little boy is dead? there's no way he's survived on his own with no food, or proper clothing etc, unless there's someone out there that's taken him in.

I am loving yellowjackets btw, I binged the first season in about 2-3 days and I watched 4 episodes last night.
No I think the crash was about 25 years ago whereas her daughter is about 17 as she’s still in school

Anyone else watching this tv show? It’s batshit crazy and I am hooked.

Not aired in the UK yet, worth 🏴‍☠️seeking out🏴‍☠️ if you are that way inclined 😉

Three episodes in. Any guesses who the Antler Queen is? I’m presuming it’s either Shauna, Misty or Taissa

This is a bit of a stretch now 😆but I wonder is Lotties family involved with this mysterious cult? Her dad did get them the private plane after all

No, she's not old enough. The baby from the wilderness would be mid-twenties now if they survived (which I have my doubts about!) Shauna's daughter is seventeen.
Yep, if the baby survived she would be older than Shauna's daughter. I have a feeling that Shauna's 1996 pregnancy doesn't have a positive outcome.

I’m still really enjoying it. I think it’s been a bit slower than season one (normal) but definitely feels like it’s heading somewhere now. Only 9 episodes this season too, one less than last.

I think Natalie is playing Lottie with all the ‘ we brought the trauma with us’ stuff. I think she still thinks all the supernatural stuff is bull and has some kind of agenda

What do we think happens to the baby?

I can’t believe shauna didn’t inspect the condom, that’s sooo slacking. When we’re talking about a murder investigation surely she would have the sense to look at it!?!! Obviously it makes a better show that she didn’t.

They are so going to eat Crystal and the coach aren’t they??

It’s started on Sky Atlantic now but only the first two episodes. I put it on tonight thinking I could binge watch all 10 this weekend and was gutted when I realised 😭
