I remember back years ago thinking my god she is so savvy and possibly thrifted because she couldn't afford it, until she showed her all her Yankee candles and Marc Jacobs collection. They are so selfish.
Yeah they’re good to themselves & each other. Scraps & rags for the kids. 🤬

I can't stand her anymore

Why have kids if you don't want to try and give them the best of everything if you're in a positiohere is nothing wrong if you're feeding your family yellow labels, second hand clothes and toys especially if you're surviving on benefits or a low income wage but let's face it Danny is most likely earning a comfortable wage for them to at least be able to afford a full food shop, clothes that aren't second hand, she does people's hair which she'll charge for, and she'll make a small amount from YouTube, not to mention I'm sure she'll make Cameron contribute towards the household income with him working because he eats everything she cooks and she most definitely seems the type that'll charge board money.

II've never ever known someone to be so tight and its taking everything for me to not comment on her video saying why do you feed your kids yellow labels but buy all the branded food and alcohol for your friends?
I struggle to tolerate her now.

They don't seem to do much family activities do they such as swimming, days out at the park, soft play for Olly and Ella.

Only those sun caravan holidays and a once a year birthday day out.

Those poor kids

In a position too *

Takeaways a kebab stretched between the 6 of them.
Fish and chips but its always aldi frozen fish and a bag of chips to share.
Years ago she went on about being desperate to have a little girl as soon as she was pregnant with Ella, she completely changed. All the interest she had in crafts cooking and vlogging are nowhere to be seen, she doesnt even show the same enthusiasm about the kids. I honestly think Danny wanted another child and she was looking forward to a bit of independence and freedom as the boys were getting older. She makes excuses about not doing things, talking about her anxiety, unless it's socialising away from the kids or posting cringey Tiktoks. She used to do lots of activities with the kids. I did wonder if she lost interest in vlogging when she was pregnant and didnt get lots of gifted baby equipment or Ads,pregnancy and a new born didnt receive the attention some influencers get

Someone needs a part time job to occupy her spare time. Cringe cringe!
Clearly Danny wanted her at home with a toddler, gives him much more freedom to work 'lates' and enjoy his 40p yellow label microwave meals

I got second hand embarrassment watching it and shock Danny drinking no doubt his full price rum and coke.

I used to like Helen and enjoy her videos, and her weekly aldi shopping haul I used to think there was never much in the way of treats for the kids I.e some crisps and a biscuit unless it was for pack up, but other than that she used to have a good weekly aldi haul and her meals didn't look too bad either.
But I find it hard to tolerate her now with the tightness when it comes to the kids. The Christmas shop was absolutely ridiculous. You'd think with it being Christmas and her having some extra pennies that she's clearly saved from buying the yellow labels she'd treat them to some nice food goodies for over Christmas, but nope still tight as always. Or buy the kids some nice and new clothes with the money she has saved from her yellow label hauls, instead of the washed out tat she buys from the charity shops.

I remember when she was pregnant with Ella and she passed down Ollys clothes, pram etc to Ella I remember thinking surely you'd want to buy some new bits considering she was having a girl she so badly wanted. You don't have to spend a fortune I bought my daughters silver Cross pram second hand for under £100, it was beautiful and I loved it, but I never thought to keep my two boys prams incase I had a daughter I wanted to have the experience of buying for my first girl.

I was watching an old video of them on holiday the other day and even on holiday they were in charity shops to spend the kids money they got from their nan.

Again there is absolutely nothing wrong with buying yellow labels or second hand clothing toys etc, I like a yellow label and have bought second hand on many occasions, but I wouldn't think to only buy fruit and veg when they're on yellow label when they're cheap enough to buy. Helen just does it because she's so bloody tight.

She also has an older food shop video full of yellow label meats etc and she said oh getting all of this in my freezer will be like a game of tetrus 😡😡😡
She has freezers full of meat etc, but continues to buy yellow labels when those yellow labels could genuinely feed someone who's on the bones of their arse.

The money she saves on yellow labels clearly isn't going on the kids. I'm sure she'll recieve child benefit for Liam, Olly and Ella. Unless Danny's earnings are over the threshold that will make them not entitled to child benefit and tax credits.

And I'm sure she'll charge Cameron for board money as well.

Does anyone else find it odd that Cameron is a 20 year old young man but he still spends all of his spare time with his family? Not that there's anything wrong with that of course I just mean it appears he is never out with friends, or doing his own thing?

no it's still there, did you manage to find it? did you follow her or has she just randomly blocked you?
I didn’t Lex she must’ve done a purge and blocked me 😂

Where was the vid? I thought she removed all her vids bar the food ones?

Yeah it is odd my son wouldn’t be seen dead with us 😂 he definitely wouldn’t socialise and sing and dance with us 😅

Completely agree with the oldest always being with them. It’s odd. I’ve got an 18 year old. He doesn’t really come anywhere with us tbh. I’ve always thought Camron was mildly autistic. But thinking now what I’ve seen, I think it’s possibly his upbringing. Helens quite childish and comes across as mardy if she doesn’t get her own way. So I believe they don’t want to upset her and do what she says 😢
I wonder if the two younger ones get picked on at school, they’re hair isn’t the ‘norm’. Ollys is always long and overgrown. And I saw a clip of liams and it’s longer than mine lol. Obviously people can have their hair how they want im not saying otherwise but it is quite unusual to see a 15 year old boy with such long hair. I think she encourages it.

They’re a very regimented family they stick to a strict routine, I’ve even noticed they all seem to start eating at the same time around the table.

My son is nearly 14 and he's the same he wouldn't be seen dead with us now 🤣🤣
I just think Cameron is 20 now and a young man he should be going out with friends, meeting new people and following his own hobbies.

I also find it odd how complient the boys seem especially Liam. My children are very polite, kind, caring and well mannered, but at home we allow them to express themselves, have opinions, and voice their likes and dislikes because it's their safe space where they should be allowed be themselves, my son who's nearly 14 is really into fashion now, he's a very grateful and polite boy, but I know if I tried to give him a worn out piece of clothing or shoes from the charity shop he'd out right refuse to wear them, because with him being at high school now it's the fear of him being bullied, you know how unfortunately kids can be. So I know he'd refuse because of that reason so I've always found it odd that the boys seem happy to wear the tat she buys for them.
Sports direct have some amazing deals throughout the year a lot of the time up to 70% off, and you can get three tops for £12 at times as well which is really good.
I've just always found it a bit strange how complient they seem, as if they're scared of Danny and Helen so just go along with everything they say.

And I remember feeling shocked when she put a Christmas haul up one year and said the boys only recieve 5 presents each at Christmas time, again each to their own especially parents on very tight budgets you guys are amazing who are doing their best.
But I remember thinking those poor boys, it must be disappointing for them coming down on Christmas to 5 presents which are mainly second hand.
Again you can get some amazing bargains especially for Olly and Ella in places like B and M with their two for £20 toys, argos and smyths have some great deals as well.
I'm not against buying second hand, we bought our sons laptop second hand this year but we also bought him some lovely bits in the sales as well.
I've just always found it odd

And then the stacks of pot noodles cereal crisps and lollies that her mum buys for them 🤣

I'm sure her mum turned up with a big ass piece of salmon for Helen one year 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, I always wonder if her mum is as eccentric as Helen what would possess someone to bring 93 pot noodles and a stack of meat on a visit.

I just find it bizarre, the obsession with money and saving. Bills are of course are priority and some savings for a rainy day, but to pretty much deprive yourself of food and a luxury now and then, I couldn't live like that

I just realized this is a rave thread 😂 oopps
Sadly I think that ship has sailed, the old fun Helen who created interesting and entertaining content is nowhere to be seen,it's such a shame because she really did create relatable content. This may sound mean but once she regularly started involving Danny,it became less of a vlog and more of her showing off and trying to compete with him
