Yep and the poster above you. I was fortunate to be on Court 1 on the Saturday so watched Emma win and it was obvious that she was a star in the making. She doesn't really have any weaknesses to attack and so her opponents have to really force their shots. It's not luck that everyone keeps saying that her opponent didn't play their best, she is forcing them to take risks and go for lower percentage shots because she is so goodI called it
Emma Radacanu is so marketable after that it's literally off the scale! Can't think there's ever been somone else to compare her to. Will be fascinating to see where her career and media profile goes from here. I bet apple is ready to pay her millions a year after she named them.

She looked fab at the Met Gala - she's like a chameleon and so mature for her age. She looks like a model but without that horrible self-awareness a lot of them project.

Like what kind of question is that, seems like something you'd say to trip someone up. She handled it well and spoke about supporting youth tennis charities, but still!

What's everyone's thoughts on Wimbledon banning Russian and Belarusian players? I wish more tournaments would follow suit to be honest...
I'm in favour of it too. A few professional tennis players having to miss a tennis tournament or tournaments is nothing compared to what the people of Ukraine are going through.
I also heard that they dont want a photo of the Duchess of Cambridge handing a trophy over to a Russian player and the propaganda that image could be used for.
I have tickets to the ladies final and I cant wait.
I think it's disgusting. People shouldn't be discriminated against over something they cannot help. The players should be allowed to make a living and weakening tournaments is poor for sponsors and spectators. If your leader going in to a war that wasn't necessary is enough to ban sports people who don't play any part in it then when Bush/Blair did their own war Brits and Yanks shouldn't have been involved.
Completely support their stance. Millions have been uprooted from Ukraine and ordinary Russians have been impacted by the sanctions so not sure why tennis players are a special case. Yes it's unfair but war is weird and innocent people get impacted in ways that far exceed missing a tennis tournament
