Same! I was going to list him, but then I thought, I can actually see that he is good looking. He's just - not that special? I don't get the fawning. He also looks older than his years (no shame, so do I). He doesn't have an attractive personality either, he's a serial cheat (like most of them) and seems really dim.

Not trying to big up some of the players who play for the Scottish national team but some of them will earn in a year what he earns in a week (if that) and they are much better looking (in my view).

Sorry to his fans but apparently he's gone through a really poor patch playing wise as well. Which happens to the best of players but I just don't get the over the top adulation

I never thought David Beckham was attractive back in the day either. I think some people just get on the publicity machine and create a hype around them and it snowballs
