Poached eggs, avocado and smoked salmon on granary bread
Pancakes with yoghurt and fruit
Beef enchiladas with homemade salad
3 litres of water 2 glasses Pepsi max and 2 coffees
Breakfast: wholemeal bagel with marmite and a cup of tea
Snack: apple
Lunch: leftover chicken fajita mix with a whole meal tortilla
Dinner: chilli con corne with tortilla
Evening snacks: skittles cooler ice lolly, bottle of wine, toast, G and T, packet of crisps. The day starts with such good intentions but that goes out of the window after 7.30pm
I'm gutted thought being work not constantly got to fridge or treat draw I would lose weight jbe put on 4lbs since going back to work on 13hour hour shifts.
