I think Megan bought the house with cash after her payout. I’m guessing they’ve maybe remortgaged to find the improvements and the birth. 20 years ago when I was nannying in London private care with a top obstetrician and to have him deliver the bay was £30k. That’s wasn’t a section either.
They don’t have a London townhouse… they live in a very average street in Windsor and the houses are quite pokey! They just constantly photograph the beautiful huge homes they walk the dog (and now the new accessory) past to feed into their luxury “brand”🫠
I did think their living room didn’t look that big in photos - I assumed it was the amount of stuff in it.
It’s still a nice house and bigger than mine but they do project an image of living in a grand townhouse style

They've finally did the name drop for the baby and it's Olivia Kay Thea Green Bacon-Evans. Slightly disappointed in a way as I was expecting a questionable name with a big build up to this reveal for over a week. Thankfully it's a normal name and a name for an adult , unlike the questionable names people like to call their kids these days
I thought the same, I expected her to be named Orange or something stupid lol. The 6 names is excessive though & giving your child your middle names is odd...meh.
