I watch cooking videos on YouTube. I also watch iPlayer before bed, usually catch up on EastEnders and Holby City. They have put the entire boxset of The Royle Family on there too, so I've been watching that lately. It's quite cosy to watch before bed.

Prison Break. Seen it before many years ago but starting to watch it again. I can't get enough of Wentworth Miller (turn straight please!) and Dominic too.. Mmmmm!

I enjoy ASMR love soft spoken, hand movement and gentle tapping videos. Two of my favourite artists are Cheryl ASMR and Just Char Asmr(her asmr channel, not the seedy channel where she constantly pushes her pornographic asmr only fans page). The sad thing is ASMR is very popular, so appears to appeal to quite a few people looking to sexualise it, to make easy money.

True Crime! I spend my days with the mind numbing cocomelon or the saccharine sweet peppa pig. I need some gritty educational content to help my brain recover.

I watch my favourite Anti MLM YouTuber Kiki channel. Love her! Love a good anti mlm video which exposes these cretins. She soothes me to sleep putting the world to right 😂

Pasta Grannies. Somebody mentioned them on here and I really like watching the way they mess around with dough and listening to them speak.

Light comedy always floats my boat when I'm in bed ready for another sleep adventure through the night. Usually "Black Books" or "The IT Crowd" via my QNAP, normally send me off (in a good way). I just need to remember to switch everything off before I do hit lights-out - too often I've woken up in the middle of the night with the TV still on and the DVD credits stuck to the screen.

Tingtingasmr 💤 or a true crime podcast (they give me nightmares sometimes though I woke up and one was still playing last week “he chopped her head off and dumped her torso” I turned it off then had a huge murder dream, nearly 💩 myself)

TV it's crime shows or Ghost adventures or True crime youtube or podcasts. Criminally Listed and Rob Dyke/Gavagan particularly on Youtube as I find the voices soothing. Casefile or They walk among us podcasts for the same reason.

Bedtime club/old Karl Pilkington XFM episodes but I’ve listened to them all too many times at this point

I usually don’t have much trouble with sleeping these days, I used to get through so many audiobooks

I recently discovered Rhea Y who makes very gentle, calming videos which are great to wind down to

I watch black head extractions, ear wax being removed, ingrowing toenails taken out and that kind of stuff. I really should retrain to do one of those. I would love it! So satisfying.

What do you watch to relax?
YESSSSSSSSSS! I find it so soothing! Check out some blackhead removals using nose strips. 😌
