Bed around 7pm ,earlier in winter but often awake for a couple hours and sometimes wake early hours. Get up at 7am induced by sleeping with curtains open so the light naturally wakes me. Not a morning person but prefer that time of day so force myself out from the duvet :ROFLMAO:

Asleep by 9pm, up by 4am. No alarm. Been that way my whole life.
Unless I get migraines, then there's no sleep at all. :(

I used to have horrific insomnia coupled with bad anxiety keeping me awake. However having kids has helped with the insomnia (not the anxiety unfortunately, haha).

Now the baby no longer has a night feed, I've found I need to be getting ready for bed by 10pm. Usually asleep by 10.30 and then woken up between 5-7am by one of the children. Although this morning I've woken up early because I needed a wee 😖

Bed at 10pm. Up at 5. I have 3 kids but they are older now so have to be prised out of bed about 7.30!

I was always a night owl but last year I had a bit of a lifestyle change. It sounds daft but it has completely changed my life. I get so much more done in that first couple of hours. I really appreciate the silence before the mayhem of kids/school runs etc.

Do you all sleep right through or wake up in the night?
I quite often have an hour where I’m awake from 2-3 , have been that way since I had my son … he doesn’t really wake us in the night anymore but I think I’m still on “night feed” time !

It’s good practice because im pregnant at the moment so I’ve got to do it all over again soon 🤣

Usually go to bed around 11 and try and be asleep by 12. Wake up at 8am for work, 9am weekends.

Usually in bed about 10:30ish then read or listen to radio til falling asleep around midnight. Up at 7:30-8 usually or whenever my son or cat demand my attention in the morning 😂 I don’t tend to sleep through, I wake most nights at some points.

I go to bed around 10ish and up at 6 on work days. In the holidays I tend to stay up later as we are all off from school.

I try to be in bed between 10-10.15pm bht by the time I’ve actually settled I don’t get to sleep til 11. I need to get to sleep earlier! I’m vowing from tonight onwards I’ll be in bed just after 10.
I wake up probably 7am, sometimes a touch earlier depending when my almost 4yo wakes.

I don’t sleep through anymore - I’m pregnant and usually wake for a wee or to re arrange my pillows and the send a prayer to sacrifice my soul in order to sleep 🤣

What did you do specifically to enforce those change. :)

I was always, always tired. For as long as I can remember. I used to work in nightclubs year ago and think it messed up my sleep massively. I don't know how people on night shifts do it long term!

Honestly I started because there was nothing on telly this time last year! I have such a short attention span I just can't get into any Netflix series etc.

I'd always fall asleep on the sofa about 3/4pm ish? So first I cut that out. I started going to bed at 10 religiously. It was really hard to get up at 5 when it was dark in the morning and I really struggled at first. Much easier when it got lighter, I don't shut my bedroom curtains which helps a lot (we don't have any neighbours). After a few weeks I wasn't tired anymore and it feels like I've settled into my natural pattern. If I don't set my alarm now I wake up at 5 anyway.

I made a little routine/habit for when I get up too. I lay my workout clothes out the night before so I put them straight on. I make a coffee and have a glass of water then I do a workout. Then pause it halfway through to drink the coffee. It sounds a bit regimented but it works for me and if I don't do it I feel like I've missed out on my time, if that makes sense. There is a book I like a lot called Atomic Habits which really helped to build the habit

Bed usually around 11pm or sometimes a little earlier if I’m tired. Usually get woken up by my daughter between 5:45 and 6:30.

1.30-2am for me. I am out like a light after my medication, but this time suits me best. I am a night owl and would stay up all night if I could but I get quite grotty with lack of sleep or 'all night' routines. 8-9am is my usual waking hour. I don't have alarms.
