What smell would you bottle?

Cigars and pipe smoke remind me of my late grandad. Very rare to get a whiff of these now.
Cut grass
Petrol
New York,a mix of smoke, syrup and donuts
Wood smoke

the smell of my moms cellar where the washing machine is. It‘s hard to describe, obviously a very clean, crisp smell but there is something more to it

The smell of new stationary, notebooks etc. I remember getting a new pencil case at the start of term and being intoxicated by the smell
