What is your heating set to?

We have our woodburner lit constantly when it's freezing as we live in an old cottage so feel like the heating doesn't quite warm the house enough on super cold days and I'm working from home so can't be sat in a cold house, so heatings off but will boost it 4-5 times a day to give the upstairs some heat. When we don't have the woodburner lit it's 18-20 and comes on and off all day according to that. Our heating goes off anyway at 11pm as I hate the upstairs being stuffy, I'd rather use extra throws and wear thick pjs than put the heating on at night, then it comes back on at 6am.

Tell me you live in a hot country? Or you love the cold?
I live in London! The snow has settled outside so deffo not hot by any stretch of the imagination.

I love the cold, and it’s about 17 degrees inside, which isn’t cold to me. I’m in a t shirt so deffo run hot!!

It’s funny because my mum is in Thailand and when we video call we look like we’re in the wrong country. I’m in my tshirt and she’s wearing a cardigan!

Menopausal so mine is set to OFF and if anyone dares go near it, no matter how blue and frozen they are, they will die!

Mine is set to 21, it's on for about 10 hours a day, off for a few hours during the day and off at night. If we get cold during the day we'll put the boost on for an hour. Our living room is colder than the rest of the flat so we have blankets sometimes when it's really cold because it takes ages to warm up. Sometimes we'll put the fire on too but that's usually if we've been out in the cold all day

Somewhere between 20c-25c but closer to 25c!

It’s on I think 6.30am - 8.30am then again 6pm - 8pm. I have also been putting it on a boost for an hour about 1pm when it’s been super cold! I changed the settings once and it was so complicated I cba to do it again 😂

Usually about 23-25. Old, solid brick building with no wall insulation so 25 reads as a room temp of 15c. Have no option but to spend a fortune on gas 😩

Set at 20c and I use the fireplace in the mornings and evenings if it’s chilly. It’s currently-19c outside and I’m super grateful to be warm after the heating was broken for 4 days and had to be replaced a couple weeks ago.

I don't have mine set, I just press the buttons on the thermostat when I'm cold, turn it up to 22°C and it goes off on its own eventually. 😂

I have a heat pump (which is tit and expensive) and the thermostat varies between 20-24c. It’s on all day atm as the house doesn’t heat up at all. I like being cool on a night so I turn it off around 8ish

We don't have central heating in our house! We are looking to get it installed but at the moment we only have storage heaters which are CRAP so they're turned off and we have a fireplace in the lounge. We'll sometimes plug an electric heater in if it's seriously cold but other than that it doesn't bother me, I'd much rather be cold than hot and I don't feel the cold that much. My other half feels the cold so he wants it installed ASAP :ROFLMAO:
