Prosecco or champagne
White wine - love riesling
Gin with soda water and fresh lime (preferred gin is Shortcross or Jawbox)
Favourite cocktails depend what mood I'm in but love - Pornstar or espresso martinis, margherita, traditional martini

Agreed. I don't see the point of ruining good whiskey by diluting it with water.

I like a nice glass of rioja as well and if we're talking cider, then Stella Cidre.

Oh and I'll never turn down a glass of Moet 🍾
I can’t stand whiskey being ruined by mixers such as ginger ale and coke etc

Tonic has started to make me feel really sick. Unsure why.
Vodka is my go to. Vodka and soda.

every now and then vodka with fever tree ginger beer.

Prosecco gets me hammered and I embarrass myself.

A nice cold pint of good lager or IPA is my all time fav. Or love a Guinness but only if we are over in Ireland visiting family, it's so much nicer.

Also partial to a bottle of Prosecco (or 2 😂) if staying in. Don't get the whole gin hype, never been overly keen on it.

Not had it in absolutely ages but I LOVE a pint of Guinness with a double shot of Tia Maria in the bottom!!! Used to treat myself to it when I was bar staff, always got a few drinks bought on a Fri/Sat night so I'd take for a pint off 1 person, then a shot of TM off 2 others and have it at the end of the night. Tastes like McDonalds chocolate milkshake.

Wine.
A nice ice cold Côte de Provence Rosé. Pinot Grigio or a Gavi. Laurent Perrier Rosé or a Veuve Clicquot are my favourite champagnes. Do love Prosecco too. I do love gin but I just really dislike tonic. Used to drink gin & cranberry a lot a few years ago.

I used to like the Orange, Passion fruit and vodka bottles of Reef many years ago. Haven't been able to get them for years.

Do you like Baileys in a hot chocolate?
Not tried that, Ive had it in a coffee quite a few times. When we've been round the MIL's she sometimes put a shot in my coffee and asks me if I like my coffee, all the time winking!! We also used to take it camping, great way to mix with your camping neighbours, bring out the Baileys.

Pimms in the summer with lots of cucumber. Gin anytime with ginger ale (damson gin) or bitter lemon or Merchant's heart tonic. The hibiscus tonic is 👍. Red wine. Espresso martini if somebody else is making. Disarrono and sour cherry. Decent champagne for special occasions but also Babycham and Snowballs every Christmas.

Cheers 😂

Glass of rose in the sun, white wine, red wine in winter, G&T as a "sharpener", Baileys at Christmas.
