brekkie: toast with goat cheese
lunch: chicken & rice
dinner: chef salad
snacks: an orange
drinks: coffee, water, probably a glass of wine in the evening
Breakfast: yoghurt with protein topper
Lunch: chicken sandwich on granary bread
Dinner: stirfry noodles
Snack : protein bar and Colin the caterpillar brownie
Drinks - water
Exercise: 1 hour walk
I’ve been so busy today and I had no food shopping in so I’ve basically picked all day..
A skinny cappuccino and egg muffin from Starbucks. Disgusting 0/10 do not recommend

Now I’m having chicken and prawn paella for tea. My fellas just came back from the shop with a galaxy for me to have with a cup of tea in a bit
Drank loads of water and a Diet Coke. Been for a 1 hour walk

L- Beef Bolognese with whole wheat pasta and glass of water
S- chocolate eggs and some nuts, more water
D-Snacky bits like crisps, nuts etc and some wine

b- white toast with butter , over easy eggs, ham . fries w/ gravy . coffee w/ sugar and half and half ( went out for breakfast )

Tea: fried egg and beans with cheese on one slice toast
Snack: hard boiled egg with olive oil and balasmic vinegar and salt and pepper and piece of bread
Supper: Hello Fresh yummy pasta and one square belgian choc.
