I read it as ‘ my friend and I had a lie down whilst the baby napped’. I thought ooohhh that kind of friend! Not that I’m judging you! . Then I realised I was wayyyyyyy wrong. Sorry Mr watermelon

You're not mr watermelon are you
I’m actually South African living in Lake District...so no. Def not.

So my day as follows, dropped kids at school, went straight into town. Thursday is shopping day for my parents and the other stay at homers that I help out. Normally I get it delivered to me and then I take it to them, but thought I’d mix it up a bit and go to different shops, what a bloody stupid idea. Had to make two trips back to the car. Then I decided to walk to the market which I don’t do very often, 5kgs of Maris Pipers and 12 Bramley apples later my arms were nearly falling off. Was great for the calorie burn though! Guy on the stall commented I must be making a mammoth apple pie with all those apples, they were enormous as well. I just let him believe that’s what I was doing. Dropped all the shopping off then headed home. Took some stuff to the charity shop and left the ‘tip’ pile for my husband ( I made him go after dinner tonight otherwise it will still be there in a month). I miss the skip. Just saying. Cooked spaghetti bolognaise, not my fave thing ever but the rest like it so wanted to cooked something we would all eat. Cleared up and then buffed my taps you couldn’t make that shit up! Now sitting eating some chocolate buttons that aren’t mine

Hello! It’s pretty quiet on here today, I wonder where everyone is?

My day was pretty boring. I woke up at about 4am and couldn’t get back to sleep so I’m absolutely exhausted. Work was the same as always. I’m glad it’s Friday tomorrow. The highlight of my day was I had a bagel for lunch with some cheese spread on it had a short nap when I got home from work which made me feel a bit better. Struggled eating dinner as it just made me feel sick. Hoping I will have more exciting things to share at the weekend. Feel very boring right now.

Hope you’re all okay 🤍

Succesfully made it to Easter holiday weekend, thank god. Nothing challenging was happening this week yet everything was a trial, weird days. I blame the full moon and this awful heatwave tbh. Spent the entire day with a headache (thanks southwester) and only now I'm feeling somewhat like myself again. Couldn't tell you where the day went. Feeling like a drained battery and I'll just spend the rest of my night chilling on bed, sipping lemon water and planning a lush breakfast (fingers crossed) for tomorrow morning. Sending my love to you all! <3

Evening all! Just another work day for me - had another meeting and it all went well, I'm dead pleased with my toddler designs. I'm getting much better at this presentation malarkey and not umming and ahhing as much when I talk! Fake it till you make it eh?

I had another driving lesson after work, we did big roundabouts with lanes on them and lots of parking. My instructor took the L plates off so people wouldn't treat me like a learner Seriously how do you get used to driving??? It feels like it never sinks in. How am I going to park by myself? I want to be able to blast music in the car but feel like I have to drive in silence so I can concentrate. Next week we're on dual carriageways and maybe some parallel parking too. Hopefully, I'll be whizzing it one handed in like:

After my lesson, dad had brought a brownie so I had that with a brew whilst watching the news with my parents. Moving in with my parents is tricky as they're such feeders. I'm trying to get my waist measurement down but I predict a lot of brownies in my future will slow me down I had salmon, new potatoes and a big ass salad for tea then sat on my phone for hours Night all xx

I keep putting off getting lessons and sitting my test over here as I'm terrified! I could/did drive back home for about 15 years but it's a whole different kettle of fish over here driving on the other side, trying to parallel park on the other side into the tiniest of spaces in the city, the crazy ass traffic, the tailgaiting right up your ass and their refusal to ever use their indicators here...... I'm stressed just thinking about it Every time we hire a car (I'm still using my British license when we rent one ) and I'm forced to take a turn of the driving MrGP always falls out with me cos I create such a drama and am constantly screaming omg I can't do this, argh he's going to crash into me look how far up my ass he is, get him to back off, then I usually start crying and hyperventilating at the same time

Anyways on topic now, nothing really happening here. Did a workout this morning, got a pretty immense sub for lunch, did laundry and ordered some clothes for summer Hoping to head outside to read my book for a while with a rose wine but it looks like it might rain soon. I sat outside reading for a few hours last night as it was so hot and it was bliss just sitting chilling with a good book. Going to get a takeaway later, not sure what yet, probably pizza, watch some tv then go to bed way too late as usual.

Night all!

Today was seriously bad, little work, indicator issue with my motorcycle, for some reason it's hanging off the rear mudguard and I have no idea how to fix it so Duct tape to the rescue. Also tech issues, had problems getting work details on my phone. Pedestrians have been a pain in the arse not looking where they are going, crossing the road without looking..... Bastards! As for that little fucker on the E-scooter on the way home, these people who insist on using e-scooters that can go over 30MPH have a deathwish.

Hey y’all sorry it’s a late one!

Mornings don’t exist in my life lol I woke up at 11AM, oopsie! Went on Tattle till about 12PM and then had lunch at our new table We haven’t had a table in sooo long because I’m OCD and was loving how empty it was I’m a weirdo

Did my workout - weighted cardio and then abs. Abs wasn’t on the to do list for today but I had energy after my cardio so added it in. Had a shower afterwards to wash my hair. How sad is it when you wash your hair for the first time after getting it done Took about 2 hours to dry and curl it with extensions in and then me and my boyfriend walked to Tesco (nice 45 minute walk) to have a mooch. Found some inari in the YoSushi kiosk and omg Also found some vegan white chocolate and raspberry ice creams which were amazing

We were heading to watch my boyfriends sisters dogs as they were away and whilst we were there we got some sad news (his family) so we didn’t end up having to stay over as they were coming home but I felt so bad Ended up coming home but glad to be in my own bed tbh. Goodnight everyone Xxx

Thanks for all the birthday love gang I had a lovely day, although I did feel like I was rushing around a bit. Husband had decided for some reason he needed to go to work yesterday so had to take him and pick him up between my plans. Nearly fell asleep during my massage

Finished off with fajitas, a fat coke, and cake

Is it rude to ask where you're from! Easter was a month ago for us!!
I was gonna ask the same thing!

Morning all!

I managed to force myself to get up and cook tea and I woke up feeling a lot righter in the head than I was last night - still feel pretty anxious but it's like a calm bubbling river rather than a tsunami (if that makes sense as an analogy.) It's Friday (woohoo) so having a weekend will help.

In other news - I had a tattle inspired dream. I was in Waitrose, trying to buy strawberries, and little old ladies kept looking at me, gasping, and running away. I had no idea what was going on and then I saw one of them talking to a security guard and pointing at me. I turned to the side and saw in a mirror that I didn't have a mask on. I dropped my shopping and was about to leg it when I woke up

Over 40s can now book their jabs so only 6 more years to go and I can finally book my first one. I don't want to risk socialising until I've had both but it'll help a bit regardless.

Oh god, I don't know if this is just a one off, but morning sickness seems to have hit hard today managed to get out this morning for a walk round some of the country paths, sipping a bottle of water along the way. I've now made myself a single slice of toast in the hope it might help while I wait to dial into my first meeting of the day.

Plans for the day include work, and then probably another night sat in front of Greys Anatomy as the husband informed me yesterday that he's working tonight (he does one Friday shift a month), so between that and my plans for the weekend I'm barely going to see him
