I had a chicken Kiev and a rocket salad with loads of feta and vinaigrette

Last night was French onion mozzarella stuffed chicken breast with cheesy garlic mash and broccoli...tonight will be home made lasagne.

My bf has just returned from a camping trip so I've done a beef stew with dumplings in the slow cooker and will do some mash with it. He's been living off of tins for the last few days so thought he'd like a hearty meal

I tried to make some peanut satay sauce from scratch instead of buying a sachet of it and it was 100% times nicer!

I had the satay sauce with quorn chicken pieces and noodles

Pizza. And it’ll taste even better as it was a Marks and Sparks special reduced from £4.50 to 80p
