If you could, what advice would you give to your younger self?
Mine would be don’t marry that fool!

Absolutely!Always listen to your gut instinct and don't let people talk you round. Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing.
mine too!Mine would be don’t marry that fool!
Me too. I couldn’t give up my vape though but at least that doesn’t cost much.Don't smoke. I wish I'd never started. Took me 40 years to give up albeit with the help of a vape. All the money I wasted on cigarettes, jeez.
Where I live nicotine vape juice is illegal. I have to order from overseas but it's still quarter what I was paying for cigarettes.Me too. I couldn’t give up my vape though but at least that doesn’t cost much.
What you’ve said is important. I hope when the world is a much better place you’ll take a night school class doing something you’ve always wanted to try. It would be a good start as usually when a class starts everyone is new and goes alone so you start with a group of people who don’t know each other which would probably help. I’m not going to ask about your disability but I hope your future will be bright and you’ll be able to make a change.I don't feel like I have enough life experience to say anything important, but, having just got out of my teens, I wish I had spent more time outside in the real world getting a hobby rather than stewing in social anxiety - I spent so much time worrying I'd be bad at something or that I'd be judged for my disability. I now feel I don't have many friends or confidence to start a new hobby, and think if I'd taken that leap as a young teen things would have turned out differently, especially as those things are harder to come by as an adult.
(I recognise the irony of me saying this on Tattle, holed up at home while using a computer though - lol)
Thank you! 2020 was going to be THE YEAR I changed, COVID said no. Lol! I am definitely going to try something out though. Life is too short!Always say whats on your mind. Say it tactfully and cause no hurt but always say it. The times I’ve been boiling up inside because I didn’t speak my mind.
