It is very much the outskirts unless you want to get to other parts of NW London, but it’s a desirable location and much better amenities than Woodside Park.

What astounds me, is 1.6 million on a house and then I’m guessing at least 100k to do it up. I know her husband is very successful himself but also both children are in private school too that’s a huge amount of constant expense to keep up with let alone add to.
#gift #spon #collab incoming for all of her house rit. She’ll no doubt pay a fraction 🥱

Yep, which is sickening considering she has the means to pay for it herself. Maybe she will prove us wrong 🙄 but it would be nice for her to offer these ads and spons as prizes for their followers, like nominate someone’s who’s had a hard year etc.

I just don’t understand the appeal personally, P has the personality of a wet cloth.

They got a bit of backlash in the comments about the cellulite post..

Its not too muxh on the outskirts, youre right on that main road whats it called Watford way? I go Copthall often and once youre on that road it leads everyway and anywhere and can get you into central or north london fast (without the traffic!) So shes in a good location

Yeah for Savills
He’s a director and co head of sales so could easily be on more than 90k

That episode podcast where Philipa was crying then Sarah started crying, must be nice to cry about buying a £1.6m house and being beyond stressed about having no hot water and a leak (very old house) and making you cry and Sarah also crying with her, of tit like that makes them cry and beyond stressed, I wonder how they'll cope when its more than that. People cannot feed themselves amd their children but let's cry about not having hot water while I refurbish my near £2m house

It doesn’t matter if she spends loads of money on fake panelling only for it to go out of fashion. She knows she’ll always have the money and the time to just update it to whatever the next naff trend is.

The subtleties in the podcast are so funny

for example, when Philippa is blatantly lying. Eg about that net a porter job. Sarah was silent when she said she got it and it was a very awkward silence. Like, “hmm nah”.

having said that I do enjoy sarah on it.

Also when Philippa is telling the period leak story and said she turned the cushion with blood on over on the restaurant seat.

I really liked the first few episodes of the podcast, and I do like Sarah on it more, but they are definitely coming across as being exactly what they are which is two North London, wealthy white women in their late-30s who can buy their way out of any problem. I'm a bit older than them and roll my eyes constantly at their parenting 'fails' and tips as they so clearly know nothing yet.
