Got it - I wonder if they will keep the panelling? Presumably they are going to extend - the sq footage isn't actually that much for a detached (I'm quite surprised as our terrace is actually bigger).

In their latest podcast or one before, they really do live a life where money isnt thought about, she mentiones when they discussed moving and got serious or something along those lines it was okay lets set up houses to view, areas, like the thought of worryinf about money wasnt even mentioned, like come on lets see if the move is right for us and get cracking on with house viewinf and the house process, it was mind blowing!! When youve been rich or wealthy all of your life you dont think of money you just do what you want but what shocked me was she was talking like it was normal for everyone

I do not believe she has been rich all her life - it’s clear from the way she acts. Sarah clearly has, which is why she’s not shoving it down everyone’s throats. I think P can’t quite believe she’s doing well, which is why we hear about it all the time.

Both are from very affluent NW London families, P had her own flat before anyone else I know had moved out (early 20’s).
Again, he’s an estate agent. I know someone who works in luxury sales. He’s not on more than 90k.

Its not too muxh on the outskirts, youre right on that main road whats it called Watford way? I go Copthall often and once youre on that road it leads everyway and anywhere and can get you into central or north london fast (without the traffic!) So shes in a good location

It is very much the outskirts unless you want to get to other parts of NW London, but it’s a desirable location and much better amenities than Woodside Park.
What astounds me, is 1.6 million on a house and then I’m guessing at least 100k to do it up. I know her husband is very successful himself but also both children are in private school too that’s a huge amount of constant expense to keep up with let alone add to.
