For a while now when I wake up in the morning my chest and stomach are tight with an intense feeling of anxiety. I can still feel it in my chest now. Any tips on how to get this under control and why it may be happening. It's very strong today and I'm taking deep breaths to try and ease it down. I've taken one of my diazepam too. I am thinking I'm perimenopause as I'm the right age and have been having some symptoms so I wonder if that's why I'm getting this feeling. Thanks for any advice.
