Was looking at vogues stories and omg
the figure on her already and the flat stomach , how old is her son now?
She looks fab but she always did to be fair, she freely admits to having a nanny and shur why not! she explained on the podcast it works better for their family with their schedule than conventional childcare ie a creche etc
I think if ya have the money and the means why not.
I don't subscribe to the thinking that seeing a fit woman will somehow make an unfit woman feel bad, why would it
I'm reasonably fit but no means up to her standard of fitness but the amount of people commentary online that people who are fit or wealthy or good looking are making others feel bad and affecting other people's mental health is baffling! If people's feelings are that easily swayed by strangers on the Internet perhaps Instagram might not be for them. I'm sure there are better things that they could do for their health than scroll.
By the way I'm not saying anyone on this thread had said that specifically but it just seems to be rolled out more and more lately that these totally unqualified women on insta are affecting people's mental health and I think its crazy that individuals can't reason for themselves that it's all smoke and mirrors. The only person responsible for you is yourself, much as some of them are feckin painful and dire content ie FBG or Tignam etc they aren't at fault for anyone else's issues (they are just chronic bad influencers with zero to offer)
Anyway don't know where that came from but shur there it is lol
