I’m tempted by dreamlight valley and this isn’t helping! I heard it was going to be free eventually but there’s no sign of that yet and I’m weak anyway
I lasted about a month waiting for it to be free. But I’m also fickle and I have been distracted by so many other games so I’m a bit behind
I’m slowly playing the new Zelda so I really should hold off longer but whether I will….
It will be free once it's out of early access.
The target was 2023. But who knows!
I guess once they're finished adding all the characters so maybe end of the year
I play on xbox and pc so at least it's free(kinda) on there
It should be easy, I would just find an indepth youtube tutorial video and take your time. I was like that until I built my own PC 12 months ago, since then I have been swapping GPUs, adding more ram and even put a new HDD in. There is always good resource online if you are stuck. Of course I understand if you don't want to because it's not yours, but they aren't as scary as you think once you get stuck in.I need to replace a fan in the PC that has been rattling before I can play any games but I’ve been putting it off because I’m too scared I break itgoing to have to bite the bullet and do it though because there’s so much to catch up on! It’s my boyfriends PC and he is working away until November so I can’t even just wait for him to do it
I got Diablo 4 free with my 4070 purchase, I've never been into the series really but everyone raves about it on the Steam Deck so going to install it on that and see how I like it.
Dreamlight valley update is tomorrow! Think it will be about 4pm our time as it was last time
I think I'll be OK but I'm still putting it off
we have the Lian Li uni fans so I don't need to actually unplug anything from the motherboard, just need to disconnect the broken fan and reattach the new one. It's just the fear. I’m more worried about actually removing them from the case than anything 
I don't even own a console and haven't played video games for years, but I am thinking about buying a PS5 later this year because there are good games coming soon and next year apparently.
I always used to have PlayStation, had a ps1 and ps2. My partner at the time had an xbox and when we separated, I went back to a ps3. Had it about a month and sold it for an xbox and have been xbox ever since
I think if you're not that much into gaming and haven't played for a long time, then xbox is much easier to use in my personal opinion.
You also have gamepass ect with loads of free games!
I love the PS5, we’ve always been PS here but we did have an xbox360. The only exclusive Xbox game I played was Fable. I have PS+ subscription which also has free games
Contemplating getting back into gaming…really struggling between the choice of new Xbox or PS5…Have always used PS, but something about the Xbox has me interested. REading reviews and comparisons online havent really helped…one looked like the graphics for XBox were a little better…love to hear peoples thoughts and info On comparisons…its a huge chunk of money to blast out so I want to make the right choice. Games we’re interested in are Harry Potter, Star Wars, that sort of thing…we were obsessed with 24 in the day (yep, it was that long ago) so thats the general thing we’re into :-D

I could, but they 1) tend not to last 5 minutes and 2) have habits of Steam and / or some games not recognising them correctly.
I used to be all for Play Station and then when I moved in with my ex, he had an xbox 360. So I was using xbox for years. Then when I moved out, I bought a ps3. I had it for a month and sold it to get an Xbox one
And I've been Xbox ever since.

Plus now I also have a PC so I can get the games on there too for the same price with Game Pass.

It depends on the games you prefer, playstation has more exclusives than Xbox but Xbox has more choice on gamepass
For me personally I prefer Xbox because I love gamepass an the majority of the games I like are on all platforms an some go to gamepass themselves, for me there wasn't enough exclusives on ps5 for me to want the console, so take a note of all games your interested in an see what console has them
I also don't see much difference in the graphics between both Xbox series X an ps5 (friends have a ps5 so I've seen it perform) an both seem to perform just as well as the other, it all really comes down to what games you are going to be playing most of the time an if they are games that's exclusive to one or the other
