It's very fun so far!Trying not to convince myself to buy a Switch 2 just to play Pokopia
I must not and cannot afford to... but I want to play it![]()

I know the part you’re talking about let me know if you need any help I’m only a message awayAhh I don't believe I'll be any help then, I haven't played it in ages but I think as far as I got was at the part where I had just unlocked being able to get rid of the smoke which is probably still early in the game
Did you play Atomfall? I am considering it for my next game, it's currently in the sale too.I've tried persevering with it.
I applaud the fact that it's single player based long campaign and does stuff a bit differently but it's not for me tbh.
You see the term "Janky" used in random reviews and I can see that too.
Last of us 2 remastered is available on PC now so I'll give that a go.
I'm tempted to try the following but I'm wary of the devs/post apocalypse theme tbh.

Has anyone had a go on Fallout London? (Another post apocalypse effort.)

I think that's because when they first announced Tomodachi life was in the making, Switch 2 wasn't out yet. So I think they intended for the release to be before thatPokopia was only Switch 2 but Tomodachi Life which also came out this year is both.
TR3 is still my favourite. Just something about those first 3 games.Replaying Tomb Raider II. I know the graphics of the original/non remastered version are dated and full of weird textures, but the environments still have so much atmosphere. I think a lot of it is down to the great sound design. Still a classic imo.
I wanted to play Atomfall but never got round to it. It looks intriguing.Did you play Atomfall? I am considering it for my next game, it's currently in the sale too.
I‘m still on the “ This looks adorable and I love DQ Builders and ACNH but I’ve never played Pokemon and what if i hate it?“ bandwagon. I’m so indecisive. I drive myself mad.Told myself I wasn't going go an get pokopia just cause everyone else has it....Ended up caving an bought it 🫣 an honestly I've been hooked on itit's so good, am finished with my tasks now an onto terraforming my first area
Those shouty weirdos are why I stopped posting on a gaming forum. Hyper aggresive inadequate sexualised gibberish. It's also partly why I won't do online gaming.I think 2 is brilliant personally. There are a lot of dude bros who didn't like it because of the ending but I won't spoil it.
You're welcome*takes notes*![]()
I have a clunky old laptop which runs some things like Stardew or Sims 4. I’ve also got PS5, Switch and late last year got a Steam Deck. I prefer playing handheld on the sofa now thoughI started The Last of Us Part 2 recently. I'm enjoying it so far, though I'm still getting used to the controls. I've never played the first game, but I've seen the TV series and, while I was interested in playing it, the first game is £20 more expensive than the second which makes no sense to me!
Are you all mostly PC gamers? I only had a Switch until recently, but since I've bought a PS5 I feel like I've joined the next generation - albeit late! But even PS5 and Xbox Series X owners are behind PC gamers in terms of power/graphics.
I used to play PC games ages ago but I found upgrades were needed too often. Every time a new game came out that I was interested in, I'd need to assess whether it was worth getting if my PC only met the minimum rather than recommended settings. So I only play on consoles now. It's nice to know that as long as a game is available for a console you own you'll be able to play it with no issues.
Sorry, bit late, but yeah. I've played it a fair bit trying to get all the endings etc.Has anyone tried Dispatch?
Thanks so much for this, I do have stardew, Disney dream light, my time at potia, story of seasons an coral island but haven't heard of the rest so will check those outFirst off congrats on getting a pc, I hope you have lots of fun with it!
Okay cosy farming games;

Lemon cake
My time at portia (havent played it but its very popular)
Story of seasons

Littlewood

Slime rancher (not trad farming sim but cosy farming ish and so much fun)
Coral island
Moonstone island
Wylde flowers
I hope these aren't overwhelming you!
As others highly recommend adding items to your wish-list, steam does sales often and even when they don't, some games just go on sale. However worth mentioning;
Humble bundle, fanatical, indiegala, greenmangaming, eneba/cdkeys (use them regularly never any issues. It will autogenerate to your currency at least it does for me €!).
https://steamdb.info/sales/history/ I'm sure this will be handy for a lot of people.
Download epic games app they give freebie games every Thursday. I hate to admit this but I've never purchased a game from them and have a library full of freebies
GOG is also another good one! I'm sure youre aware other engines ubisoft/ea/xbox etc all have their own sales too.
I recently found this youtuber cosy gaming club i think is the name, she's english I believe she does run downs of upcoming cosy games on pc and switch. May be of use to you!
Again I hope you have a shit load of fun and apologies if i've overwhelmed you.
Yeah at least we have a year to saveTime to save up for a PS5 then! I hope they make a smaller one as I can’t stand how bulky they are!
My husband got it yesterday and really isn’t a fan. It seems really clunky and he said the controls are really hard to master, she’s all over the placeAnyone got the remastered Tomb raider trilogy yet? What do you think?
They’re really amazing, I’ve used mine almost daily since I got it. Even if you do get smaller one, your games will backup to the cloud if you need to remove any for space. Thanks, ahh I did not realise the steam deck was like a 1/2/3 type of thing, I guess I was thinking it was more like phones where you get one out then there's like a b/c/d version of the same thing if that makes sense, so am guessing what's out is like steam deck 1 then an then there will be a 2 eventually
Good to know game pass runs on it, an there's also tutorials for to get it working
I'll definitely look into it now, might go for a smaller size an just get a SD if needed
They look really nice little machines
Another user of CDkeys here. It gives you the code to get the same via somewhere like Steam. I always check the price there before looking at the actual prices. Thanks I'll check those out, I have heard of people using Cdkeys, I assume it's fine for UK an not a US type site? Usually I hear people mention getting gamepass off it but they always talk in dollers so I've never been too sure
