Yes that's correct, there has been no official demands of proof of life yet but some more main stream media wondering what is going on with Mitch McConnell since he hasn't been voting in Washington DC.

I hope he's not on life support but I still don't care for this guy as a politician either. But he's been out for weeks before and still returned to Washington DC. So time will tell.
American didn't like the lady with the funny laugher and they thought that she was going to take their guns away and etc. But I voted for the lady because she was the better option.
I found this on the Huffpost.com and they said that McConnell's staff won't confirm if McConnell is conscious in the hospital which is really interesting.

Mitch McConnell's Office Won't Confirm If He's Conscious
A spokesperson for Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) would not say Monday whether he is conscious in the hospital, where he's been since June 14 after someone at his house was reportedly found unconscious and received CPR for cardiac arrest.
"Senator McConnell appreciates the outpouring of support he’s receiving while he continues his recovery in the hospital," the spokesperson said in a statement, which is the same statement the office put out last week. "The Senator continues to improve, and is working closely with his staff on Kentucky and Senate matters while the Senate is out of session."
McConnell, 84, has weathered a series of health scares in recent years, including multiple falls and moments of freezing up and being unable to talk. The former Senate majority leader is not seeking reelection in November.
