A lot of Restore's policies wouldn't have seemed out of place on a National Front leaflet. If Farage wants to join up with them then he's going to have to own just how far right Restore actually are.

Considering they’re gathering momentum there must be something badly wrong?

I've always seen them as the replacement BNP with Lowe as a more polished operator than Nick Griffin.

This seems specific to disclosures made within the vetting process itself so the decision should not apply to the same or similar information that may be held elsewhere.
I do think we should know at least something as regards arrests, charges etc and beyond (are these not already a matter of public record?) when it comes to MPs, at the very least the headlines as it were even if not all the specifics, but I'm wary of things that would open up what's supposed to be personal confidential, and splitting a form or process into public versus non public sections makes it very messy.

Be nice if she would speak out about all the "modern" slavery still going on today. Or the persecution of Christians in Nigeria and other countries, also going on today. Or grape gangs, also going on today. Before obsessing about things that people did 200 years ago, and which Britain massively contributed to putting a stop to.

Head of the Church of England does something Christian. Is this a surprise? The church should be about forgiveness, repenting of sins, seeking to do better, loving your neighbours. That is literally the point of it.

It always makes me laugh the MAGA type Christians. They would hate Jesus if he came back to earth today - lefty, woke, sandal-wearing liberal that he was. Turning over the money tables in the church...

Next thing you know she’ll be banging on about the death of some bloke over 2000 years ago without so much as a thought for all the people being killed today.

Baron Von Thunderclap is a great name IMHO.

No dount the realities will be problematic/disturbing/alarming/disappointing like much of adult life.

The name alone will suffice for Monday morning.

Pfft.
Wouldnt it just be quicker to name the Reform members currently not doing something dodgy?

So is the suggestion that a Reform character is not a reformed character? Are we to expect a new 'Re' party (as seems to be fashionable) to join the ranks of Reject, Rejoin, Reclaim, Restore, Refuse, Repaint etc, I'm not sure how many of those words are still available but I suspect 'Recidivist' has not yet been claimed...?
