Perhaps if they had just one or two women turning up, amongst the hundreds of angry men, it might be calmer.
I'm not sure I'd want a lone woman to be amongst that lot!
The Unite the Kingdom March was just one great big Muslim hate fest. It was disgusting, islamphobic hateful tit which really should have been banned from happening and the fact that no political party or media organisation has condemned it. No real Christian would get up on a stage and say stuff like that and I highly doubt any of those in attendance have ever been in a church unless it was a for Christening, wedding or funeral.

So in the 2 weeks since the election, she's only now realised how much time she'll need to dedicate to her business. Didn't similar happen at another election? With a load of Reform councillors ditching the job?
Yeah that's tit. When it happens so soon after an election they should just give the seat straight to whomever in a different party would have come next. Importantly has to be a different party, which in occasional cases will be enough to change which party is in charge of a council. That ought to make these selection committees and processes take a bit more care and do better vetting of their candidates.
Yeah. I think this is what happens if you are a newer party who hasnt perfected your vetting process or rely on local volunteers to help with organising candidates and party activity in certain areas. It is just so costly to have to have by elections in certain wards because they changed their mind on a whim.

Just answer the question, never mind about what has gone before, you cannot change it, just concentrate on what you are going to do in the future.
Burnam going back to the 1980's, Starmer going back to the 2010's, I mean it feels like we are in some kind of TARDIS. Rather than the current Labout drama, we would love to go back so many years but even our great leader cannot reverse time.

Dont worry bandwagon Burnham with his chippy bits has already set out his first 100 days in charge, so whatever Starmenot has to say is irrelevant.

Our council has just chosen a new Mayor, a Bangladeshi. We're waiting to see what his chosen charity for his term in office will be.
I saw a storm brewing over the new Green Party ( visa ) candidate by another Green party student that was told to step aside as her visa status wouldn’t cover her if she was elected.
