Liat Kozma and Lee Mordechai from Hebrew University, Jerusalem just produced a report last month or so.Because they're idiots and still believe the 'famine' nonsense
[/QUOTE]Why are the Selfie Yachts still trying to get food to Hamas?
Because it'll never get to the civilians, it would be seized by Hamas long before reaching them.To quote another poster in this thread : "What you can't do is hold ALL people who happen to share the same religion or ethnic background to account for another nations actions."
If you can understand that it is antisemitic to hold all Jewish people responsible for the actions of Netanyahu's government.
Can you see the double standard? How can you claim civilian aid to Palestinians is automatically "getting food to Hamas".
I dont think political parties should be accepting donations from people / companies overseas. He's lived in Thailand for over two decades, what stake does he have in the inner workings of the UK political system.Humble, generous man
I can’t imagineI dont think political parties should be accepting donations from people / companies overseas. He's lived in Thailand for over two decades, what stake does he have in the inner workings of the UK political system.
How cynical of you. That's entirely coincidental.
As much as non nationals can be elected and change the inner workings?? The British political system is a joke. Open season.I dont think political parties should be accepting donations from people / companies overseas. He's lived in Thailand for over two decades, what stake does he have in the inner workings of the UK political system.
I think that's a different point. People who legally live, work, pay tax, and build lives in the UK should have some political participation because they are directly affected by decisions made here.As much as non nationals can be elected and change the inner workings?? The British political system is a joke. Open season.
Absolutely love this. Andy Burnham is a strange man. He had a hissy fit about reporters “waltzing in” to a public cafe whilst doing a report on the reform lot that were also out campaigning. There’s an article in the Dailymail about it detailing his completely bizarre reaction.
I happen to have recently moved to golborne, and I live metres from Andy. I find it very strange that he is so offended by reporters in this situation, but wasn’t offended by the media he claims were camped outside his home. He was quite happy for them to “waltz” around a residential area filming and photograph him jogging and definitely did not set it up. (Spoiler alert; nobody has been camped outside his house and he definitely set it up with them).
I hope to go next weekIs anyone here going to see the Nova exhibition in London?
You’re entitled to your opinion .I don’t agree that non citizens should be able to govern or make political decisions that affect another country.I think that's a different point. People who legally live, work, pay tax, and build lives in the UK should have some political participation because they are directly affected by decisions made here.
People living abroad long term are less directly affected by UK policy, so large political donations seems questionable to me.
Okay. You’re entitled to your opinion .I don’t agree that non citizens should be able to govern or make political decisions that affect another country.
Great British patriot who travels on an Irish passport, lives in Spain and is funded by Israel.
If they’re citizens of the country I don’t see why not? I take it you’re against political funding in its entirety then? We could be doing with our £ billions back from ZelenskyyOkay.
Just to go back to my original point. Do you think political parties should be able to accept donations from people who have been living overseas for decades?
