I am SO over and frustrated with how ADHD is often portrayed, especially by influencers like Tully. As someone diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago, I can confidently say that it has made my life incredibly challenging. Saying it’s been the root of many of my struggles is an understatement. Even with medication, I still face daily challenges, and there are days when I wish I never had ADHD because it complicates so many aspects of my life.
What bothers me most is how some influencers feel the need to make a spectacle out of their ADHD diagnosis. This attitude can downplay the seriousness of the condition. People often dismiss it, saying things like, “Everyone has ADHD these days.” This makes it tough for individuals like me who rely on proper treatment and support.
I run a successful business and tackle the daily ups and downs of life, with or without ADHD. Many of us just carry on and do our best. It’s frustrating to see influencers trivialize the experience, making it seem easy or like a punchline or headline. ADHD is so much more complex than just struggling to focus. It’s disheartening to see that depth overlooked.
I guess I just wish there was more understanding about ADHD and less sensationalism. And honestly, I can't stand listening to Tully as it is or her pointless podcasts and articles but this has really irked me
Oh gosh writing an article about engagements becoming OTT, I admit I haven’t read it but clearly she is going to be slightly triggered by any such post with her utter desperation to be engaged. Absolutely any proposal at all would be welcome by Tully.
I have mentioned before knowing Tully, I will keep this vague for a few reasons but a mutual acquaintance of ours was saying her previous relationship ended partly because he absolutely hated how online she was and everything was for the gram and nothing ever felt private. I guess Ned seems ok with this, i can’t imagine she has changed.
The obsession with the engagement is so bat tit crazy
I don’t mean to be rude but is she really that successful? A weekly column and a podcast might feel like a step up from full time influencing and, yes, it’s something good for her etc, but this blurb feels like overkill for her career.

It’s the way influencers love to humble brag on “working”. Most of these grifters wouldn’t know a full days work if it smacked them in the face with a saucepan.
Tully is one of the few influencers that makes me physically cringe.
I’m confused about her self help podcast. I thought it was like a personal development themed one based on the name and the description but it just seems to be her and her friend talking about very inane topics. Going for that chatty bff vibe I guess but with no substance? Every clip she has shared seems so pointless.
The picture of Tully that The Traitors used looks nothing like her - she filters her face so so much! I think she did a podcast episode just a few weeks ago about filters and trying not to use them which is hilarious considering she hasn't taken any of that advice
She posted stories yesterday of her made up face and its so smooth and filtered, plus her outfit stories yesterday are clearly filtered - her face is perfect. Its nothing like her Traitors pic, where her face is not as long and elongated as she wants everyone to think. Plus she has lines around her mouth which I assume she is self conscious of as I have never ever seen them appear on her IG.

I genuinely worry for Tully if she doesn’t get a proposal on this trip. I hope she is able to enjoy the holiday and live in the present without expecting it the whole time and then feeling disappointed if it doesn’t happen. But considering her desperation that we can all detect they would have surely discussed it and she knows the timeline and he knows that not to string her along.
