If you’re getting periods every month (even if it varies by a few days) then it’s unlikely that you have PCOS as it shows you are regularly ovulating. My cycles vary between 25-32 days but have been told this is normal as I’m still having a period each month3 dpo today! Ovulated much earlier than I expected to! This means my cycle will only be 29 days long if I don't get a bfp.
Is it a sign of pcos? My cycles and ovulation vary so much
That's so interesting to hear, my cycle this month was a lot shorter (more than a week) than usual. I've not had tests done before and I'm lucky to have a baby (who took a year of TTC) and we have been actively trying again for the last couple of months. If you’re getting periods every month (even if it varies by a few days) then it’s unlikely that you have PCOS as it shows you are regularly ovulating. It was horrendousThoughts and prayers to all in their fertile window right now trying to make a baby in this heatwave. We were sticking to each other like Velcro!
Start now. I use it throughout the month to track constantly. My bbt thermometer arrived in the post, at what stage of the cycle do i begin checking it?
We started taking pregnacare his and hers conception about 6 weeks ago. I take mine in the evening towards the end of my meal and haven't had any issues. Some people don't get on with them though. It was horrendous

What vitamins etc are you all taking? I was about to buy some folic acid but reading the reviews on Amazon, I’m not sure now.
Highly recommend Procieve Max. It’s pricey (especially for both parents to be) but I really think it helped! It was horrendous

Causes a lot more confusion and anxiety than you already possibly have over TTCWhat does the monitoring of bbt do?
Once you have ovulated, your progesterone levels increase which creates a rise in your temperature. So it pinpoints the exact day you ovulated. I personally find it the easiest to track where I am in my cycle in comparison to using OPKsWhat does the monitoring of bbt do?

I reduced caffeine…no idea if that’s what helped, but I was probably a strong Starbucks every day before, so I cut it to just once or twice a week.Did anyone change what they were eating (in regards to getting pregnant?) my intake now is to eat at least one kiwi fruit a day with the skin (as i always do anyway) as it has a lot of good vitamins and Folic Acid. Did anyone else have a plan like this? to eat whats good for fertility or did you just eat what you normally do and it worked? going through a crisis since my period came
okay i usually now have one normal flat white a day instead of two...so im unsure...AgreedI never got the hang of it! Bought the thermometer but it never got opened, all the graphs etc looked so confusing. I just used OPK kits and that did the job.

OH I AM THE SAME!!!!hello everyonemy partner and I have decided that I’m going to finish my pill pack (1 week left) then stop taking it. We have spoken lots about it and feel like we’re now both ready to start ttc. We’ve said that we will try not to put too much pressure on it and just see what happens but I’ve got quite an obsessive personality so I’m already dreading how I’m going to be putting unintentional pressure on myself
And what kind of a difference should i look for? A whole degree in change or a fraction?Once you have ovulated, your progesterone levels increase which creates a rise in your temperature. Generally if it’s an increase of 0.3-0.5 degrees and it stays that way then you have ovulated.. I’ll attach my chart so you can see!And what kind of a difference should i look for? A whole degree in change or a fraction?
