I caved and took another test. Asda cheapy one not sure if the strength it’s a one you can take 4 days before AF though and mine is due in 4 days, and of course a BFN I need to stop testing I just torture myself every month and look for lines that aren’t there. I know I’m only going on to cycle 5 now but I keep reading people who have fallen so soon after miscarriage and it’s starting to get to me I know it could be a lot worse I just needed to share my feelings x

You can share your feelings here and they are completely validated. It’s so hard but remember you’re not out until AF arrives. Keeping everything crossed for you

Sorry I just need somewhere to rant.
The past 2 weeks I’ve been on the most horrendous period, and for the first time my moods have been so low that I’ve had thoughts of harming myself (I’ve called my doctor and did not act on the harming) I’ve been in excruciating pain from my thighs to my back.. one day I bleed heavily, the next spotting, the next heavy.. bright bright red to then pale pink to brown... I’ve no idea what’s going on
I’ve had norethisterone, I’ve had naproxen and another one with an M I’ve had co coda ok for the pain...

To top it all off! Everyone is pregnant absolute everyone around me, 5 years we’ve been going now and a few losses but it’s starting to kill me... I’m even dreaming that my family members are pregnant with twins for them to give them up for adoption and me begging to have them...

(I’m seeing a psychiatrist right now don’t worry) but I just want my body to work and for a doctor to take me seriously!

update - 12dpo and woke up with cramps and spotting this morning. Just checked again and I’d say it’s getting a tiny bit heavier so assuming this is AF starting and it be a proper AF very shortly. Temp also dropped a fair bit this morning, still way above cover line but all seems to align as it should were I not pregnant.

I feel a lot better about it than I thought I would, kind of just like ok then onto the next. I’m sure I’d feel differently if it had been a few cycles though. I am maybe slightly relieved to see the back of this cycle but I feel like I shouldn’t say - it’s just that I found it so stressful and I am now on CD44 so it just feels like I’m ready to start fresh now.

I also think next month we will have better chances as by the time I actually ovulated we were both a bit poorly, had thrush and hadn’t DTD in 7 days so we didn’t give ourselves the best chances (also because I didn’t ovulate until CD 32, between CD 8 and CD 25 we had DTD 17 times to try and have good chances and were quite frankly sick of each other by that point ).

SO... basically my very long winded way of saying I’m excited for cycle 2 and hopefully a less stressful (shorter) time before ovulation.

I'm on my first cycle and I've had cramping from pretty much 2 days after AF. This has never happened before and I'm not sure if it's my body panicking or what's going on. Just seems so very strange. My predicted ovulation is Friday/Saturday but I'm dubious as my CM hasn't changed at all.

AF is now 5 days late, still BFN. No symptoms of AF or early pregnancy. Does anyone think this could still be pregnancy or just a missed period? My previous cycles have all been 28 days so this is strange. I’m not sure what to do and feeling a bit down today.

You’re not out til AF shows! It could really be either. Not helpful I know Are you using FRER tests? x

I completely missed a period a couple of cycles ago when I’m usually very regular but everyone’s different All back to normal now (after a weird period inbetween) x

I stopped the pill back in December and I seem to be on a very regular cycle period wise, so hopefully that means ovulation too. X

Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

What day of your cycle are you now? Last month I had ovulation pains for 3 days starting a day after a long AF. I thought to myself wtf this couldn’t possibly be ovulation so early on in my cycle but turns out it was! I had no idea you could ovulate so early after bleeding. Good luck xx

This was me last month, very strange as normally I’m regular. Unfortunately AF did show after 6 days. Fingers crossed you get your BFP!

my boobs have been very tender but I do normally get sore boobs before a period. I swear when I was younger I never noticed sore boobs every month?! Do they get sorer as you age?!

This!! I had this conversation with my friend the other day! I’m sure they’ve got sorer the older I’ve got I never used to notice and now I have to hold them as I go up the stairs

Omg me too!! I’m in my early 30s and in my 20s I genuinely didn’t get any pain?! They are a bit bigger now though, that might be why haha!

I’m feeling really deflated. I don’t know what’s going on with my cycle, I’ve was full on bleeding for almost 3 weeks, then a few days break then spotting mostly when I go to the toilet. I’m CD32.

I have been taking more vitamins and supplements that are meant to help PCOS so I’m wondering if my body is adapting to them, but when I told hubby about the bleeding starting and his comment was “I guess we’re never going to have a baby then” pffft men! I told him that was not particularly helpful or very sensitive when I have the fertility issues!!

Sooo, I think my cycles have now settled back to what they were before I had my son.. 40 days after my MC in jan they have been 28,33,39 and I’m not on CD 33 still no AF but done a test tonight and BFN do you think these cycles are anything to worry about? Just with how irregular they have been since my MC xxx

It's possibly your body just re-adjusting. I remember reading somewhere it can take a few months for your cycle to find it's rhythm again due to all the hormonal changes, etc. Hang on in there xx

How is everybody doing? enjoyed the bank holiday sun I hope

I decided to have a complete mental break from the rollercoaster this weekend...and who shows up? AF A WEEK EARLY! I took it as an opportunity to enjoy some wine in the sun hope you’re all doing ok xx
