Yeah, I tried watching it but I don't even know what she's going on about. I thought it was the reasoning behind her tattoos but it's just her talking about herself.

Should've just done a Q&A as most other YouTubers do.

She took 41 minutes to say her mum brought her up as a single parent and then died of cancer when she was 24 (sad I know but no-one's hating on her for that) that she has anxiety and depression and might have ADHD and dyspraxia from her self diagnosis, that she knew Yasmin from when she was young (she said let's talk about Yasmin as everyone asks about her, but didn't actually say anything else) and that her other hobby is she's obsessed with pizza, sushi and the weather? Like that was IT? She didn't reveal any interesting details in 41 mins and I still don't know much about her for an 'about me' video

So much for her 'inclusive be kind' mantra. Lauren seems to be going down the bullying route with her videos. Apparently she's putting artists in the thumbnails of her videos without their knowledge and slagging them off for using AI (not saying AI is right or wrong, but hardly the crime of the century). The girl she attacked in the video was (and rightly so) very upset.
Lauren doesn't seem to understand her videos could destroy someone's livelihood. She's obviously running out of ideas, but picking on a small time artist feels low, even for her

I can diagnose her. I've watched years worth of her videos. I've seen her evolve from a quite pretty shop assistant with a bit of flash she was quite endearingly fond of, living with a different boyfriend but still part owning her mum's inherited house, to the filler obsessed junk food addict with a lot more shit ink and a far less endearing attitude about it we're watching crash and burn right now.

Diagnosis
You eat shit and the only walks you enjoy are short ones. All to the fridge and the pantry.

Lay off the diet Pepsi & frozen pizza, give Door Dash a rest and steam a few vegies occasionally. Here's an out there suggestion: drink water.
And another one: Get off your arse.

Try if for a month. See how rare your condition is then.

As someone with RCPD I can say that Lauren seems to have it. It actually makes it really hard to be active because you inhale so much air that then can’t escape so you’re bloated and trying to move doesn’t help. It’s like running with a balloon in your stomach. A lot of us have issues with swimming because the air inside vs the water pressure outside makes it harder to breathe. I drink plenty of water and eat many many vegetables but until I had Botox it made no difference.

Yeah what I don’t like about Lauren is a lot of her audience seem very young (she’s so puerile with the squealing and the chips eating etc) and she’s influencing them to get lots of tattoos? I mean the Facebook group is like potatoes I need your advice I’m getting bullied at school. Nobody over 25 watches her to educate or inform or because her content is good, unlike Emily Boo

I mean I certainly got tattoos when I was 18-20 but they were well thought out, I don’t think a 30 year old should be telling an 18 year old they’ll feel better if they got heavily tattooed and it’s so cool etc

I'm heavily tattooed myself, could overlook the mispronunciations & awkward turns of phrase until she actually started giving awful advice to people; like taking second skin off in the fucking bath?!

I looked up this girl yesterday after seeing this thread…

‘Tattoo enthusiast’ … does she really think that makes her qualified to talk shit about other tattoos and give advice like she’s an artist? I have a decent amount of tattoos, my husband is very heavily tattooed (probably more than she is), and I asked if he’d consider himself someone who was qualified to do that and he was like “fuck no”.

I watched one video but can’t stand her based on that Can tell she really thinks she’s something…

Honestly, I'd respect her a bit more if she was an apprentice artist or something, but she literally has no experience. She's just heavily covered and heavily opinionated.

Adding to that is she looks down harshly on people who do tattooing from home (sure, it's not always the safest practice but how do you know how clean they're being?).

Honestly, she just really rubbed me the wrong way. I had to stop her videos coming up on my feed peoples tattoos are personal to them and if they like them who is she to say they suck. Sure I see some tats where I think that really isn’t my cup of tea but if the person likes it there’s no harm. I found her way too frustrating to watch.

Personally speaking, it's a risky piercing to sink that much money into the initial jewellery (mine never healed with a ring)
Anyone get the feeling she goes and gets these procedures (lips/tatts/piercings/hair ect) done because she's lonely and bored? Dunno just kind of got that vibe from the video

I’m a piercer and it won’t be the actual piercing she paid £300 for, it’ll be the jewellery. It looks like she’s got a solid gold ring in there which probably would have set her back around £300 for the whole thing. We charge similar prices dependant on the jewellery used.

I do agree that she appears to get tattoos and piercings to fill some kind of empty void in her life though.

Everyone in the studio I work in has said there’s no amount of money or ‘exposure’ on her channel that would make them agree to tattoo her or be associated with her. I’m sure that’s probably why she doesn’t vlog her tattoo appointments, because we’re not the only studio that would hate to be associated with her!

I don't understand why any tattoo artist would agree to be associated with her by being named in her videos or god forbid, filmed like this last one. She's the worst advertisement for tattooing imaginable. Her entire personality is constructed around the fact that she has loads of them. There's no theme to any of it, mind and precious little artistry if you ask me. No thought to where she's going with it. No consistency of artists or styles. Half of it is basic bltch flash and the other half might as well be.

She's just so tacky. She must surely be cheapening their brands.

Sorry to be a Karen and I love tattoos so no issue with them but I really don’t think you should be encouraging teens to get tattoos. Especially ones like hers- pizzas, movies, random quotes

I agree - I work in the industry and am very heavily tattooed myself but it breaks my heart when I see young 18/19/20 yr old who are covered because from experience, those things you loved so much you wanted them permanently etched on your body at that age, or the look/subculture you loved as a teen/v.young adult, almost certainly won’t be the same things you love at 30+ years old. Also, as mainstream as tattoos are becoming, there’s still a huge stigma around being heavily tattooed/face/hands/neck tattoos etc and they can massively hinder your career prospects.
If she wants to promote being heavily tattooed etc, then that’s fab, but try and raise the age of her target audience to those that aren’t young, impressionable and barely out of nappies!

She mentioned in passing that "when me and Yasmin went to Brussels one year" they watched some shitty, made for TV Christmas film in the hotel room. Hardly evidence of an on-going association.
