i don’t think there’s anything legal about it it - kids can ask what they want to be announced as.. I see tons of videos every year when kids surprise their stepdads and choosing their last names to be announced at their graduation out of respect, even if it’s not their legal last name
Yeah I agree it probably isn’t legally changed. Corey would have to sign off on that and/or not be their father legally anymore. I know this because my current husband adopted my son after we got married but we had to be married for a year and bio dad had to sign off on the stepparent adoption. He may not have any custody, but legally and biologically is still their father.

Being announced as DiMarco is bleeping weird. Epstein is such a common Jewish last name, why would an elementary school be running rampant with children who even know about that situation? Skylar is goin to 6th grade. The teachers don't ask the kids about announcing their names that's something that's done in HS or college. Tracy purposely had them announce it like that. Her parents are complete assholes for allowing this. Not only is it messed up to the Epsteins but also a slap in the face to them.
