Her posting this on a public platform will go against her, it's looking like a publicity/attention seeking post. If he did it then let the relevant people prove it, if she has evidence stop posting it online because she's giving the defence evidence to discredit her intentions. It must be a difficult time for her but her public posts regarding her allegations should be kept private until court imo.

It starts as the never have I ever game but then Tom appears to have admitted what she said in the video is what I think she’s trying to show.

Agree it shouldn’t be posted and given to a lawyer. Must be hard getting a ton of abuse from his fans. Also must be hard if he is innocent for him too.
The thing I don’t quite get about this girl is that she is continuing to post publicly about it, instead of saving it for the correct channels. Even if she’s telling the truth, she’s making it hard for anything to legally stick & Tom’s legal team have further proof of defamation. Simone needs to be advising her legally.
Yes if she clearly said no to him. If either party says no at any point and the other continues it is classed as a sexual assault.
If she explicitly told him not to do it and tried to get him to pull out and he held her down as she claims then ABSOLUTELY
as far as I understand, you can consent and start to have sex but if you change your mind midway and ask them to stop you have absolutely have every right to and them not respecting that is grape even though you initially consented. Basically people have every right to change their mind

Personal thoughts, i'm on Toms side, these allegations have broken him, i'm not sure his channel or life will ever be the same again. Its going to be incredibly difficult to shake the image some people will now have of him, whether this ends up in court, and he's proven guilty or not.
Certainly interested to see how it pans out, and theres always that niggle at the back of my mind why both these girls came out and said what they did.

I just don't see it as a good idea to take sides in something like this. I've been watching him for a long time too but we do not see his entire life. We see what HE wants us to see and perceive. Personally, he's a head, I think it's about time something kicked him off his assholish pedestal. I am by no means hoping he is guilty at all, but he made too many grape jokes over the years. Imma stay neutral till it gets sorted. The girls on the other hand, I hear you. Kate herself made a "draw my life" years ago and claimed he made her the happiest she had been so her coming forward doesn't exactly fit that narrative...I truly hope she isn't trying to throw shade to make herself relevant again, I do know over the past few years she has struggled with views, content, and just youtube in general. They wanted to cut her adsense income, take away the stupid check mark or whatever that makes her "official" or "verified" or whatever. I have no idea who the other girl is, I've never heard of her up until this shitstorm blew up. It's just all a much better reason to stay completely neutral.

The girl who made the original allegations has responded to the fact Tom has been streaming on twitch (he did another one today), calling out the platform and saying that by streaming, he is effectively ‘manipulating’ his fans. Not sure I necessarily agree with this, he hasn’t said anything of the sort, but I can believe that some of his fanboys are going in on her just simply for how devastated/broken he appeared to be in his first video.
Traditionally, the world dislikes females who try to stand up for themselves, particularly against powerful males, so the more she speaks out, the more people are turning against her. Having said that, she does keep dripfeeding texts and ‘evidence’ bit by bit, which suggests she wants to drag this out as she’s gaining something from it (more views/attention?) Very difficult to know how this is going to play out but I think Tom’s lawyers will push for an out of court financial settlement if they don’t sue her for libel- but they’d have to be able to distinctly prove that what she’s saying is false to do that & I don’t think they can.

The girlfriend would be difficult to disprove, but as far as I know the girl who made the original allegations, Natalia has made fake claims about a YouTuber previously which where proven to be false & that she was lying. If there is no actual evidence, his lawyers may very well be able to make a defamation claim against as she is known to have lied before.

The drip feeding "evidence" online is what I take issue with. Don't put it online, give it to the police and let them get on with it.
I certainly hope the allegations aren't true. Tom might be an arrogant wick, but I hope that's all he is.
Interesting- seems her past might go against her if she has form for lying then. This is going to be a lengthy process, whatever happens. It makes me think that, of the two, Tom can afford the best legal team and, without hard evidence, money talks.
Agree- the dripfeeding just doesn’t help her at all. I really don’t think she has the best people advising her. Either that or she just isn’t listening.
I hope they’re not true but I really am torn about what to believe. I’m glad he has started to make a come back on twitch because, if the allegations aren’t true, it would be awful to think that someone’s false allegations have destroyed him.
