I really hope it hasn't been done for money because it makes it harder for those who do suffer abuse to come forward and speak up, if it's true they have been brave to speak out but personally I think they should have spoken to the relevant agencies not Twitter because even if they do go to law enforcement now, the defence has a good reason to discredit them claiming it's all fabricated for publicity.
If it's not true then they should be made to publicly apologise the same way they publicly outed him as a sexual abuser.

Chances are this will be a he said, she said and until someone goes to court either for the alleged assaults or him to clear his name with a libel/slander case no one will ever get the full story.

I mean his statement was hardly suprising it was always going to be a denial he wasn’t exactly going to just admit he’d done it regardless.

so really nothing suprising or any further on than when the girls did the videos. They said he did, he said he didn’t. It doesn’t all just go away there.

tom is a wanker but I hope the truth is out whichever way it is and whoever is in the wrong is punished, including the girls if they lied as they could ruin a man doing that.

I think the reason so many people are defending him and don’t believe it is because recently there have been a lot of girls on social media accusing a male celeb of grape which have been proven to be false. I think people are also wondering why they don’t report it to the police and instead post it on social media

It’s amazing how many people in the comments are saying it can’t be true because he’s such a good guy and they’ve known and followed him for years.
as influencers tell their haterrzzz constantly, we only see a ten minute edit. Oh and that he does loads for charity too, what like Jimmy saville. The fans are like a weird cult.

As I said I’ve not really got an opinion on true or not true because it wouldn’t matter anyway it’s between the people involved And hopefully who ever is in the wrong will get whatever punishment they are due

Yes I fully agree with you.
I think more should be done than just a public apology from the women if they are falsely accusing. That's such a damaging thing to accuse someone of. I don't care how known they are on the internet.

I was shocked at how many people said he definitely could not be guilty just because they knew him through watching his vlogs and he was a good guy!

Or C, he is in the process of having his legal team file defamation cases against the two women. The end of his statement made it seem like he was going to take action against them. Yes you are right, legal teams would tell him to avoid all social media to protect himself until they cleared his name. Also if he has filed a case that could be the "stress" Zombiunicorn keeps referring too.
It's still a his word over her word but the moment zombiunicorn claimed grape online she gave him a defence of "why didn't she go to the authorities before naming him on a public platform". I know in the English courts it has been known for the defence use that to claim attention seeking behaviours and question the credibility of the accusation.

I would imagine he's been advised by his entire team to go silent until things blow over. Piddleass is taking a break (I think...from what I could take from her last utterly boring video) as well. I've said it a million times, Tom is an absolute fool head but I agree....I can't determine whether he is a rapist or not. He is the only one who can really answer that (considering we already apparently have the womens sides of things...)

I've checked on his youtube channel more than usual just to see if any activity has been made but nothing. His facebook has been dead for ages. I hate twitter so.

My inclination is that Tom wouldn't necessarily set out to cause harm but he's so self involved and oblivious I can see him overstepping boundaries just because he isn't really considering the other person. Or he just got carried away and only focussed on what he wanted and didn't think about how that might make his partner feel/whether she was on board.

He has certainly shown time and time again that he is an inconsiderate twit who does what he wants, screw anybody else

Agree with this. He’s quite self-indulgent but I don’t think he would do anything maliciously or with intent to hurt anyone. However, I still could believe he’d be demanding and wanting his own way when with a sexual partner because he does present like that in his videos sometimes. I guess we’ll never know for certain.
