Arlo couldn’t be the least bit interested in any of those jelly cats, I swear I’ve never seen him smile once in any of the vlogs, and I really think he doesn’t like Tom haha.

I’d assume it was the land with the factory on it. Which seems bizarre considering he was saying the house extension was too expensive.
Surely you’d prioritise a house extension knowing you’ve got a child on the way, rather than buy some land with a building on it that’s falling apart. 🫠
