I literally came here to say the same thing. Boasting on Insta like its a badge of honour. There's no convincing us John.
He is so deluded in how he thinks everyone else behaves and that he is better than everyone because he meal preps burritos! What a boring life he has, I have lost 6 stone in 14 months, no meal prep just calorie deficit, I cook fresh healthy food every night for me and my husband after I have been at my '9-5' job, which pays for my amazing holidays, so whilst you enjoy defrosted burritos for the next month twit face I will be enjoying my holiday on the other side of the world and laughing at what a sad and lonely life you have!!
He claims that he got rid of people that held him back . Just an excuse for the fact that no one actually wants to be around him . I am sure in his 46 years on earth he has came across people who think the same as him , so where are they ???? He literally has no friends .
im sure not everyone was drunk last night like he says ! I’m sure families had BBQs with no alcohol , kids running around playing while the adults had a catch up alcohol free before heading indoors to watch the football . Guess what Jon, I planned my month AND I went out to watch football. Went to my daughters house and played with my grandson in his pool for a few hours first. Put him to bed then ate a meal with mine and her husbands family (not a burrito in sight may I add) then we all watched the football together.
Id be EMBARRASSED to admit I was all alone every weekend the way you are. Even more embarrassing to be flexing being the only person in tesco when everyone else are living their lives.

Talking about his meals for one , I thought the meals were cooking overnight in slow cookers? So why is the veg not chopped yet ? How did you forget the pork joint when the system was fool proof ?

Chopping veg to then put it into containers , to then tip it out into the meals . He’s not using the containers for meal prep so why create more washing up ?

Surely this could have been done a lot quicker seeing the meat cooked overnight ? I thought he was ahead of himself when he took time out to stalk his next victim on Match

It would have been so much easier if he'd batched as he went. Eating and storing leftovers each day.
Yes it means he would have to cook on a number of days before he had a variety of his beloved burritos. But it would mean he only needs one slow cooker.
Who on earth is gonna watch his stories and think..
"Great idea! I'll go buy (and store) 3 slow cookers so I only have to cook once a month."
He's absolutely off his rocker it he thinks he's inspired anyone. He makes it look like such hard work!

And 3 of those hot plates , plus the mircrowave & airfryer to reheat .
He does prep that suits him . It’s not inspiring or revolutionary. He stays in the house all day everyday with access to the right equipment . However someone who works doesn’t always have access to an airfryer .
Infact when he did the preps in the glass containers it was a lot easier for people to reheat as most people have access to a microwave

He only every thinks about what suits him. And if his followers aren't inspired to copy him, it's because they are 'making excuses' like having a whole family to feed, and a job, and a social life.
He has to live on burritos because he only has a micro-fridge in his hamster cage. And he doesn't go anywhere or have anyone to feed.
